Leasing agent is friendly, but availability of units is nonexistent. Units are expensive, but are also new and shiny. Applications are submitted online, but do not expect a call back from management. They have more interested people than apartments, and treat applicants accordingly.

Lived at Hobart Crossing for a year prior to relocating out of state. The apartment was well maintained, reasonable, and clean. The clubhouse is also a great place to entertain. The area is quiet, safe, and contains a couple great trails for running/walking. Having D2 and Scott’s Subs right next door is also a great perk. I cannot recommend enough. My only complaint is the elevator can be quite slow if you live on the third floor.

I had a really wonderful experience living at Hobart Crossing for a year. The facilities are clean and updated, the community is respectful and quiet, and the property manager, Louise, is really a superstar. She is incredibly quick to answer any questions, concerns, or maintenance requests, and is always very friendly, kind, and helpful. I'd recommend these buildings to anyone looking for a great apartment home with responsive and responsible management. Thank you, Louise!

I stayed at Hobart Crossing the last year while living in Wisconsin, and I can’t say enough good things about the property. It was dog friendly, social, and in a great location. Louise helped me with my lease and everything else I needed in my time there. Herself, along with all the other staff, were very attentive. Thank you Hobart Crossing for a comfortable living space!

One of the better places to live in Green Bay area. Chris the manager was very helpful and nice about any concerns we ever had while living here. I would recommend this place if you are thinking of moving to the area.

Having spent a considerable amount of time researching the best possible place to live that would provide a home like atmosphere plus meet our lifestyle needs, we chose Hobart Crossing. A unique key selling feature is some first floor units have a front porch and front door access. We were shown many different floor plans all of which included beautiful granite counter tops in both the kitchen and bathrooms along with quality appliances and in-unit washer and dryer. Each building also has elevator access. In addition we are fortunate to have an on site manager adding to the quality of a safe and secure environment and facility.Added benefits and amenities include a fully functional furnished club room with complete kitchen facilities and coffee bar ( I can just walk down the hall and enjoy my choice of many different coffee type flavors), big screen TV and fireplace. All reservable at no charge to the residents. We also enjoy a 24/7 fully equipped fitness center and beautiful outdoor pool.On top of all this we have central air conditioning, underground heated parking, inside mail delivery and pickup plus an inside designated area for garbage and recycling. No need to go outside for anything!Just a great place to call home! We are here to stay!Frank J Buth4910 Founders TerraceUnit #111

I have lived here for two years and it is a well managed, warm and friendly place to call home. It is kept very clean, parking is safe and protected, it has a pool, a beautiful clubhouse that is free to the residents to use, a workout facility, an area for packages to be received, security systems and there are well planned activities -- all of this in a pet friendly and family friendly environment. Having come from a home originally when moving to the area, I have found this apartment living much more enjoyable than I had anticipated. There is pride of ownership everywhere..including within the community here and how well things are maintained and appreciated overall.

I have lived here 2 1/2 years and plan to stay here as long as I am able. I love my life here. I love all the amenities here like the pool, club room, exercise room, underground heated parking, and elevator. The management is outstanding! If you ever have a problem they take care of it immediately. It is very quiet and everyone is very friendly. They do things I’m sure other apartment buildings don’t do. They put on a Christmas party, with great prizes, do a summer cook out, put on cooking shows and organize game nights etc. Come check it out!

Really Nice Apartments. The apartments are mostly home to families, retirees, and working individuals. They have an ideal set up for having a dog. They have poop bags near the doors, hardwood floors, and a walking loop connected to neighborhood sidewalks. Sadly, they do not have an area in which dogs can be outside off leash. I'm hoping this changes as more apartments are finished. They also have a great lounge, pool, and grill area.
