“Metro was fantastic to work with, both when my car got a scratch and when my husband’s car had some body damage to repair. In my case, even though they could have pushed me to pay them $500-$600 for the scratch repair, they instead encouraged me to first try out some touch up paint for about $20 that they mixed there right in store. They gave me clear directions on how to use it and answered my questions when I ran into a few snags doing it at home. They assured me my car would be protected as long as I got the touch up paint applied before winter, and said that if I was unhappy with the touch up paint, they’d be happy to fully repair the scratch. I was impressed that they didn’t push me to spend more money and helped me explore more cost effective options first. When they repaired my husband’s car, the work was done super quickly, and the quality of work was fantastic. You can’t tell anything ever happened to the car, and they did an excellent job blending and applying the tri-coat paint. I would definitely come back again in the future should I need it!”
“Absolutely Awesome experience! We got hail damage from the storm about a month back and Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with. His work is excellent and he found and fixed spots we couldn't even see! He patiently worked with an extremely difficult insurance process and was able to get them to approve the claim that they were pushing back against. “To all my fellow truck drivers, especially the brown boys. Best place to bring you trailer in for repair, I backed up my trailer into the curb and my mud flap came off and the bar got bent. Andrew helped me to get it fixed, only 30 min and the problem was fixed. The price was the best and trust me when I say it no one could beat their price in the entire city. Here are the before and after pictures. I hope this helps. Also Their service desk people were very polite.”

“My wife stopped by with a small scuff in her paint. The owner took the car in back quickly buffed out the scuff and brought it back to her without an appointment. Great owner give him a chance for you business, he will not disappoint you”
“Repair was excellent. They communicate with you by text to keep you updated on the status of your repair. Garrett was our main contact and he was efficient and great to deal with as was the young lady at the reception desk. Gerber was the preferred repair facility for my insurer and I was a bit hesitant to go with their selection but couldn’t be more pleased with the repair and service.”
“I was in last June as a stone hit my windshield. Even though a claim was filed with my Integrity Auto Insurance policy, and Safelite determined there wasn't significant damage to warrant a repair, my insurance nonetheless went up $150 annually so I was forced to change to Progressive to stay in my price range. I urge all motorists to check with your insurance company beforehand to learn if your windshield claim comes with a policy increase. The Safelite folks did nice work tho and there was no charge.”
