“Love this place. Excellent tamales on the weekends, their carnitas are good, too! They carry many varieties of El Milagros tortillas. Great variety of cheese, crema, chorizo and nice sopes, huaraches, and gorditas selection. Salsas, pico de gallo, guacamole are near the entrance in a small soda cooler and worth checking out! My kids love getting the package of flan cups and exploring (new to them) cookies and candies. Good amount of grocery items in the aisles. Small, but fine produce section. Cleaning, personal care, and laundry products, too.Everyone has been kind and helpful when I’ve needed assistance. I have not had any issues with rudeness, etc. like others have stated. Everyone I’ve ever encountered has been lovely, and the people behind the meat counter have always been willing to help me figure things out. Great place. Give it a whirl if you’ve been reluctant to check out La Tienda. We’re really lucky to have this place in Fort!”
“It’s funny, how often you hear such negativity, sometimes it’s accurate sometimes it’s unfortunate. I just spoke with a man named Riley, he was kind, patient, clear, everything you would want on the side of customer service. I will review once my meat is done, but so far I am thoroughly impressed with customer service.”
“I was in getting a quick bite at the deli and realized there was a good sale on 7up and a cashier left his station and got me a cart. then went over to the other lines to bag and waited til I returned to instantly check me out. what a nice man.”
“As of November 2022, this store is finishing up some big renovations. IMO, most of 2022 shopping here was frustrating due to said renovations. I had a pleasant experience the day before Thanksgiving! Products are placed in areas they belong. The self check-out systems are more user friendly. Big tip: download the Walmart app to your phone. Use it to search for items & if you have the store you are in selected, the app will tell you the aisle to find it! I’m going to likely continue shopping mostly online, however it is nice to know that if I need to make a trip, this store is making improvements.”
