“Just purchased a Porsche 911 Turbo S from Kearns. This dealership has an unbelievable selection of modern luxury and exotic cars.
I have stopped in 2 or 3 times over the last
couple years and they are always friendly and knowledgeable (Even with my kids that are big
car fans and are usually with me) and also not
a high pressure dealership.

And they must be doing something right, cause they had alot of vehicles there waiting to be worked on.

“AMAZING would be an understatement!!! We were in town to help with the Jefferson County Fair last week and had a very loud noise coming from our truck/camper tow vehicle... I had called multiple small shops to see if they could at least take a look and help diagnose the sound(Sounded like a bad U-Joint)... Everyone said they were too busy to look... Based on a recommendation from another shop, we called Griffin and asked for Patrick. That is where things got AMAZING!!! We told Patrick the situation that we were in and he said he would do everything he could to help... He asked that we give him a bit to figure things out(they were extremely busy as well). In a couple hours, we heard back from Patrick that he had found one of his techs that was willing to squeeze us in... Being from out of town, the issue was then that I had no way to get back the Fair Grounds while the truck was being worked on... Patrick solved that issue for us in once again amazing fashion... The issue was found in very short order and it was nothing serious. The tech fixed the issue, and then they cut down the price we originally agreed on with it being such an easy fix!!! Let's just say, If ever in the Jefferson, WI area and you need vehicle help, PLEASE look up Patrick at Griffin Chrysler”

“As much as I would love to give these guys 5 stars, I just cannot. The lack of communication in this process made this incredibly frustrating. They failed to tell me they had actually scheduled my car's appointment even though they said they would coordinate that part with me, which I didn't know until I missed the appointment. Ultimately, it took another 2 months to get my car on their schedule. Now the day I go to drop my car off and pickup the loaner is even more fun. The loaner car had been dropped off that morning after being in a "hit and run". Jim's Auto Body employee informs me its completely drivable, which is was. Then I get in the car and it reeks of cigarette smoke and the "service fuel filter" light is on. Now lets fast forward to the day I'm supposed to pick it up. Not only did they not call me, I called them to find out that it will not be ready for another 2 days. Again, the day it's supposed to be ready, I'm the one calling them only to find out it needs another 2 days before it's ready. Now the day comes for the third time, is my car ready? Oh would you know, it'll be ready just before 5pm on closing at Friday. Which inevitably means I cannot pickup my car until the following Monday. Here we go! Lets pickup the car, finally! It's done when I get there! It obviously smells very chemically due to having fresh paint, ok I get that. They left their dust and whatever mess it may be for my cleaning detail, thanks. The best part? I went to fill up the gas tank and had to the pry the cover open because it was taped shut still from being painted. Does it look better then it did when I dropped it off? Yes. Annnd don't forget the fun 3% fee when you pay with credit card, which adds up rather quickly when you have a lot of work done! Thanks guys. Just work on your COMMUNICATIONS!!!!!!”
