Service was good, staff was nice and accommodating. But disappointed after the purchase. It had been 2 weeks and my daughter didn't have a chance to drive a car to school. Battery is dead, they can get us in in 4 days to look at the problem, no license plates, should be here by now. The whole purpose was to give my kid a car to drive to school and not to drive her. So close to returning the car back.

Runde Auto Group is amazing. I took a test drive one day with Tim Runde and drove the vehicles off the very next day. Tim is honest, tells it like it is, encouraged questions and offered to be available if questions came up even after the sale. Everything was handled in house from the licensing to financing with Molly, who’s a joy to work with. This is the 2nd vehicle I purchased at Runde and both times it was a smooth ride, from start to the finish line! My dogs love the van, too!

I found the car I was interested in on their web site, called to see it. They are very easy to deal with, I did purchase the vehicle. I do recommend them if your looking for a good used vehicle.

They wanted to low ball me on my trade, I eventually got want I wanted. Their service techs are not real educated. They couldn't figure out why the check engine light kept coming on... they werw throwing parts at the car when it was just a dirty gas cap.

Came in to look at a car, they had it out front for me. Super great condition, weren't trying to sell off a lemon, and the salesman I worked with, Donavon, was great too. Understaning, listening, not pushy about closing a deal. A great experience.

My car had been totaled in an accident so I chose to find another car at Runde Chevrolet. Between the East Dubuque location and the Hazel Green location, the staff could not have been more awesome. They had my two choices ready for me to look at and after I made my decision, could not have been kinder or easier to work with. Shout outs to Andrew, Jeff in finance, and Harrison and everyone else I spoke to. As I had mentioned to one of them, the service that I received that day is indicative of the service that I have always received there, and that’s why every car I’ve purchased in the last twenty years has been from Runde Chevrolet. Great experience and even greater service. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made it extremely easy to get into a new car for us. Would definitely recommend more people to trust Runde for their next vehicle purchase.

It takes a lot for me to write a review, but I knew I had to following the incredible experience we had. - My husband and I live about 3 hours away and found a truck we were interested in online. We called and Donovan answered questions in honest and professional manner. We then made the trip immediately in the morning (after working 3rd shift and not having any sleep). When we arrived, they had the truck set up for us right as we walked in. They were immediately kind, personable, straight forward. During finance, the price we saw, was the price we got. Nothing was pushed or even attempted to be sold. They were able to get the best interest rate we were able to find. Entire process was seamless. We will definitely make the drive again for the experience.
