“I was visiting my mother in Hayward. When I was about half a mile from her house my check engine like came with my glow plug light flashing. I told the owner what was going on with my car and also mention I was leaving for southern Ohio the next day (Tuesday). “I got a very bad flat on 53 headed up to Hayward for a trip. Luckily I had a full sized spare and was able to get to town. I called this place first on a recommendation and I'm so glad I did. I have a somewhat rare size and brand of tire. They were able to have the tire delivered in 2 days and installed in less than 30 min. Excellent service!”
“Great Service !! I had a problem a few weeks ago with my truck. I reached out to Darrell's asking if I could get my vehicle in for immediate service as I was from out of town and needed my vehicle to get back home in a couple day's time. They got my vehicle diagnosed and repaired the very next day. I admit I read a few reviews online before calling them. All good reviews. One person noted "great service, but the music from the shop was a little loud". I'll tell you what, I'd take little bit of rock n' roll in exchange for honest, professional, and quick service any day of the week. Rock on Darrell's, rock on !!”

“If I could, I'd give them a 10 rating!! We've gone to Hayward for our annual vacation for years but this year, our leaf spring broke on our boat trailer. We called multiple places and everyone said they couldn't help us unless we left the boat for many weeks (& one said maybe all summer). Joe said if we could find the part he'd fix it the next day. The part was delivered after his closing time but he stayed and fixed it so we were able to get home to the Madison area. What a GUY, fantastic customer service!! THANK YOU again for helping us!!”
