“Okay, understand one thing. These people are not trained mechanics, some stores have a more knowledgeable staff than others, but they'll help you find what you need or diagnose your auto problem the best they can.
Had some problems in the past obtaining correct parts for my 85 3/4 Ton chevy... the guy wouldn't listen to me and/or didn't understand me. I noticed he's since gone.
The biggest thing is most people blame the parts stores...you're only as smart as what you know, understand what you need before You completely blame the staff.”

I asked them if they could touch up some chips and scratches on top of my insurance claim and for a small fee they did wonderful work on those repairs as well. Plus they cleaned and vacuumed the interior of my truck! Everyone was professional and super friendly. Highly recommended!”
