We ordered a flower basket for a funeral. It was hoped they could include a specific flower that was a favorite. We received a call back to let us know they were unable to get that flower but would put together a basket of summer flowers for us. We were very pleased with the flower arrangement and was pleasantly surprised how lovely it turned out. Thanks for the great customer service and recommend this florist.

I moved out of Wisconsin, but I wanted to send my best friend flowers for her birthday. My friend said the flowers were fresh and gorgeous (I requested the floral designer create something with their best, freshest-looking flowers). She also said the delivery driver was very nice.

We used the Flower Garden for our July 5, 2024 wedding and flowers exceeded our expectations. They had beautiful color and textures and lasted so well throughout our day! Everyone commented on how stunning our flowers were. We couldn't have been happier with how they turned out! Highly recommended!!

The Flower Garden came through when I needed help! I ordered flowers in the middle of the night through the company’s website and they were delivered the next day by noon. The flowers were exactly what was ordered and the service was excellent. Will definitely buy from The Flower Garden again.

Ordered off the website and was very unhappy with the arrangement and with customer service. I was told that the way to get nicer bouquets is to call and let the designers choose...They did nothing to address my concerns and made it seem like my fault for choosing a bouquet off the site. Will definitely not be using them again. I mean the picture speaks for itself, these two look nothing alike. I understand seasonal availability but they could actually put flowers into a floral arrangement rather than stuffing it with greenery to hide the fact that they cannot replicate what they are advertising.

Quite the flower shop, filled with so many cute home things and sweet ladies!! I had always gone somewhere else, as I've had flowers delivered, never picked up locally! Sure glad I did! I found my favorite place! The arrangement that they made was absolutely beautiful! To top it off, they even sent me home with a candle that smelled amazing! Such a cute little find and I will definitely be back! They have fun little things for the holidays for around the home or special little gifts for that someone you love!

The orchid plant you sent to our daughter was gorgeous. She was very impressed with it. The person who helped me make the choice was very knowledgeable and helpful. The plat was a little expensive but I feel it was worth it.

Some of the flowers in the bouquet I received were already on their way out when I received it. Carnation stems were bent. It looked as if someone had created it in less than 5 minutes. The photo here was taken on Day 3.

I was the recipient of a darling floral arrangement in a cute purple vase (which I am surely going to use in the future!) My friends sent this to me as a surprise and when I showed them what I got they were blown away by how much better it looked than the option online. They felt they really got a great product for their money. That is not always the case with flowers purchased online.The shop itself is worth stopping in to see. You can get everything you need to create a nice housewarming gift, birthday or anniversary and wedding options. Wine, jewelry, decor, vases, and beautiful flowers are all in one location. And I know I am forgetting things they have. Let's just say this is a wonderful local florist who deserves your business. I will use them for all my future floral needs.

Loved, Loved, Loved my flowers. They were exactly what we envisioned for our wedding. Joe was great, he listened and really heard what I wanted. He gave great options and suggestion. He was honest and we did not feel that he was pushy or just trying to make a sale.

Fantastic customer service and delivery! No one was home for the delivery, they called me to let me know and left a hang tag. Upon calling to let them know they got home they showed up 10 minutes later. THANK YOU for making my mom's day!

I ordered a Designer Choice flower arrangement this morning with Barb. Barb was very accommodating and made sure the driver would be able to find the address I was sending the flowers to.The flower arrangement was stunning! My SIL whom had been a florist stated these were "prettiest flowers she had ever seen".Thank you so much The Flower Garden! Wonderful personalized service!!
