Great experience! I needed last minute storage they were super accommodating and friendly . No issues whatsoever..and I loved the fact that it was gated to get back into the storage unit. I definitely recommend!

Had a storage locker with Stonewood for 9 years, and gladly would use them again if the need arose. The facility is clean, secure, climate controlled, and well maintained. Their administrative staff is friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented.

I stored here for over a decade only due to the amount I would of had to move. The adjacent swamp/marsh provides a plethora of airborne material that penetrated every area of the unit due to poor garage door spacing. The price of the unit rose 75% due to "administrative costs" which was a joke. There are cleaner and better priced storage facilities within a five minute drive.

We went to rent a storage unit for the winter and found the staff very nice and helpful. They actually suggested a less expensive unit then we were looking at. Unit was clean and site had cameras and electronic 24 hour gate access.

Careful what you get into. They have almost a 60-day cancellation policy, if you don't get your written cancellation in on the 1st of the month they push you out to the end of next month and keep collecting payments. Plus, they are super unaccommodating when it comes to sharing info about the unit, like unit #, etc. Their security or unwillingness to work with you or help you out is a bit rediculous and over-the-top. They act like and treat you like everybody is in a bitter divorce and you might be stealing your disgruntled spouse's loveseat or amoire. I'd recommend using someone else!
