In search of a new insurance company I wanted an agent that was local. I came across Raja's group and was extremely happy with the service and experience. Melanie Kraak was incredible to work with. After 49 years with this company I am looking for a different agent or company. Called for a broken window on my motorhome and he laughed at me and said they won't fix something like that. I don't think I could be In the same room with this person. Never have I been treated so horrible by anyone in business this is the worst person I have tryed to work with was aragant. smug, talked down to me. American family asked for my rating I hope their happy would rate him a minus if I could.

Did my share to cull the herd and hit a deer a few weeks ago. It would have been awful except that it meant I got to know Melanie at AmFam in Hartland. She has been exceptional in every way; sympathetic, professional, reliable, and efficient. We have no experience with a claim like this, and she helped us through every step of the process so we understood what was happening with my old car (totaled) and my new car. She explained my rights when it came time to total the car so we could make an informed decision. What could have been a devastating experience has actually been really good, thanks to Melanie and AmFam....thank you so much!

Everyone at the Hartland AmFam office was amazing. Melanie was a great resource and gave sound advice as I awaited my total loss statement. She advised me on how to get an incorrect accident report corrected and it was successful. Everyone in the office that I've dealt with has been top notch.
