My only reason not giving them a 5* is that they were renewing the system and it took forever just to get an order done. It was like an hour. But other than that it was a great experience other wise. “Amazon returns are a breeze here! They have a machine where you can scan your Amazon QR code, then put your item in a bag. The machine spits out a label that you can use to seal the bag, then you drop the bag into a designated spot. Then ta-dah! You're done! You don't even have to wait in line or talk to anybody! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!”
“Going in and picking up was fine. I have no problems there. What I do have a problem with is when I'm waiting on a much needed new gateway box for my Internet, and it gets delayed an extra 2 days because the driver apparently had a hard time finding my apartment. So he just decided to give up and send it back to the facility. (Hence why I even had to go in, in the first place. Got me out here wasting gas, doing their job)”
