This is the best Emissions testing and registration renewal service I have experienced in years! I couldn’t be happier—My vehicle has honestly never looked better. They did an incredible job with the detailing..and let’s just say I didn’t make the job easy. My two big dogs and our frequent trips to the dog park made for a very dirty car! It looks (and smells) completely refreshed. Both the interior and exterior look fantastic. Awesome customer service and overall experience. Highly recommend!

Car wash only review -- I am saddened as I paid $17 for a car wash with ceramic and I left and the truck is not only still dirty but soapy! Everything is streaked. I had to come home and rinse down the truck and truck bed. I could see the soap bubbles flying out of the truck bed on the highway and splattering my rear window. The truck was SOAKED even after using my full dry time. Once the dryer got to the truck bed it splattered soap all over. Still bird poop on the hood along with some kind of organic matter likely from trees. The truck was not that dirty going in and my windows other than a couple bugs on the windshield looked better before hand.
Very disappointed. I remember when they first got the washes they were the best around.

Came here for an emmisions test since my last place no longer does them. The woman doing the test was friendly and professional. Took less than 5 minutes and I didn't have to leave my car.

From start to finish, great service, great staff, Rachel went above and beyond to work through issues related to a recall, help connect me to people at the dealership. They provided an honest assessment on which repairs were urgent and which could wait, and what to look and listen for so that I can make an informed decision.

Hartland service is excellent, And because of that, they are booked out for a while.. even with a standard oil change. But dropping off vehicles seems to help as well with no shows & openings during the days.
Pricing is competitive with others in the area, They know their vehicles and Maintenance schedules. I believe Rachel said they have ~5 Techs working
- they also have Waukesha Co. Emissions testing on site/registration sticker service. FREE since it's mandated by Govnt.
Really, the only time we don't use them is if they're booked out longer than we want. -Appreciate all you do!

Got flat on 350 on my hotshot truck with 30 foot gooseneck trailer they came right out and put a plug in for me if it wasn't for them I would been stuck I was in middle of a job the nicest people

Class act!
I was thoroughly impressed with Hartland Service's professionalism, kindness and family-feel! Alec was extremely polite and accomodating after my car wouldn't start. He offered me a loaner car to get to work while my car was getting looked at and I can't tell you how much that helped me!
I've had my fair share of auto mechanic experiences over the years and Hartland Service reings supreme.
Thank you to Mike and your awesome staff for helping me out during a tough time. People can go anywhere nowadays for services, but customers go back to places that go above and beyond and make them feel good, you guys exemplify that and I highly recommend you go here for your vehicle services!
