They are so good with our dogs. Our last dog is was worried we should put her down bc she was so uncomfortable and they did a great job working with us and her and we got 2 more wonderful years with her.

Dr Shaughnessy and her team are the most caring people I have had the pleasure to meet. In our very stressful and sad moments with our fur babies and not to mention just the annual exam they are the very best.!! So supportive in stressful times and just all around amazing in the not so stressful times just like catching up when the things are good and a shoulder to lean/cry on in the tougher moments. I 1000% trust this team to make all the right decisions with our babies!!!! The care we receive is superior.

Moved to Hartland last year and decided to bring our sick cat here instead of going to previous vet. Best decision we could have made. Staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and they don’t rip you off and charge ridiculous fees. I will definitely be switching our 3 dogs here as well. Thank you for taking such good care of our boy Koda!

My favorite vet in Waukesha County! Dr.Shaughnessy is the BEST! She is so thorough and has seen almost every single one of my pets. My daughter takes her diabetic cat to her and he has been stable for over 2 years. Love her and this vet!!

Extremely happy with the care and compassion the doctors and staff provide our dog. Doctor S took the time on a holiday weekend to check in on our dog who was quite ill and make sure he was stable. Above and beyond and gave me extreme confidence in their care.
