“On Point Fitness Club is great. Tom and Nick are excellent trainers (and great guys!) that put together high quality programming. The variety of exercises they throw at you always keeps it entertaining and really builds total body strength. I've bounced around a lot of different fitness routines, and OPFC has by far been my favorite and most consistent. The group classes have a great sense of camaraderie, and it is so easy knowing that all you have to do is show up and Tom and Nick design a great workout for you. If you are just getting started or back to a fitness routine, try some personal sessions and work your way up to the group sessions. The gym is clean and loaded with great equipment and fun people with varying levels of age and fitness. You will not regret giving OPFC a try!”
