Little mis hap with a haircut that was cut too short. No problem, I just mentioned it to the lady cutting my hair. She said well we won’t let that happen again trimmed up around my neck and said there ya go. Needless to say this haircut was even worse. Thank goodness hair grows back and there’s much more professional beauticians out there.Service: Haircut

every time I go here I leave thinking "well at least it'll look okay when it grows out". Not a compliment. Thankfully I have a sense of humor, after my last cut my friend said "I think your stylist is vision impaired" and honestly I think they're right given I gave a photo reference and got something entirely different, the back of my head is botched and uneven. I kept coming in due to the convenience of the location and price but no more. I spent months growing my hair out for a cute hairstyle and now am back to growing it out, pieces I had grown out SPECIFICALLY for the style I wanted were even chopped off. Stylist clearly knew she messed my hair up as she did not even ask if I wanted to see the back. Only go here if THEY pay YOU to cut your hair. Genuinely so bad I have to wonder if it was on purpose.

Stopped in today. Amber was awesome!! Great hair cut and conversation was like being back in the small town I grew up in! I normally bounce around from location to location. Not anymore. Amber will be cutting my hair from here on out! Thanks Amber!

Every time I try to get a haircut after work, their online check-in is already turned off so you can't tell them you're coming. It tells you to visit the store receive service. When you get to the store we'll before closing, they tell you they're booked up with one person being tended to. I don't know how they expect to keep any customers. I won't be going back as I've only been able to get one haircut in the last 10 attempts at this location.

This place is an absolute joke. I checked in online and got ther at exactly the time I was supposed to. There were two stylists -- one was in the middle of a haircut, and the other was just checking out her customer. She said you should be up shortly and went in back and I could see her sitting down. I figured she wasn;'t doing haircuts and I was waiting for the one in progree to finish. It was irritating because the customer and stylist were having a conversation about personal matters -- fine, stylist being friendly to customers -- except that when she talked, she stopped cutting -- so it was taking forever. Then the one sitting down for 15 minutes came out and said are you ready? I'm like, yeah, I was ready 15 minutes ago -- why didn't you cut my hair then? I had a customer she said. No you didn't, you were in there sitting down. I need water she said. 15 minutes for water??? Thanks, I'll go elsewhere I said. Never again. The place should be shut down.Service: Haircut

Showed the cut I wanted and the hairstylist cut way to much off. Felt my ears get knocked a few times with the trimmer as well, Won’t be coming back I am very disappointed with it but didn’t say anythingService: Haircut

Here's my advice for getting a haircut at this location...IF one employee is working alone, do not get a haircut. Walk out. Return on another day when more than on one employee is working. I checked in online like I always do, waited my turn and when I was in the chair, more folks turned up waiting for their turn next to get their haircut. Because of this, the gal rushed thru my haircut and I ended up with the worst uneven hack job that I have EVER received. Nothing is blended. There are noticeable uneven steps in my layers and one side is more chopped than the othe side. It's terrible. I doubt I will ever go back again. I look crazy. And I truly believe she rushed to move onto her next customer because she was working alone.Service: Haircut

I wanted a haircut before going away for our anniversary trip. I couldn't get into my regular stylist so I made an appointment online for Great Clips. I also found a coupon for $2 off. The online reservation worked awesome. I got a text when it was 10 minutes away from my appointment. That gave me more time to pack instead of sitting in the salon waiting! I was taken right away after arriving. Lea was very attentive to what I asked for and it didn't take very long either. I absolutely love my haircut! I appreciate that how she layered it, I can either blow dry and go or curl it and get a totally different look!Thanks for doing such a wonderful job on my cut, I have gotten a lot of compliments and give you the credit deserved!
