I love this store. Katie, the owner, is extremely talented in her merchandising, choice of consignments, displays of items and furniture. The quality and her taste in the merchandise displayed is outstanding. I have shopped there for years with never a bad experience on anything! She is a very astute business woman!

Worst experience dealing with this store. I called the day prior and asked about some items to bring in and the lady was very short on the phone. (I tried not to believe she was just being rude to a new customer). I went in today and the two ladies at the front were very nice. They told me to head to the back, and again being my first time here I’m looking for where I need to be. I get to the back and two ladies are talking and just ignore me. I walk around a bit more and finally have to ask where I can find Katie. Well that was her and just as unpleasant in person as she was on the phone the day prior. No hello or thank you or good bye. She said put it on the floor and open up the box. Katie has a terrible attitude when dealing with a new customer, and I was right she was just plain rude. I would never go to this store again.

This store is packed with absolutely beautiful, high quality items which are merchandised very well in the large space of the store. That is the good news. The bad news is the pricing. Everything in the store is very over-priced especially considering competition like Facebook Marketplace. I truly have no idea who would purchase at these price points. I can only surmise it is a very wealthy, much older clientele that is unaware of online commerce sites.

Strange experience my first time at the Hartland store on Tuesday. It's not a huge place, but there's a lot to look at, so I wandered quite a while. I was never acknowledged by the lady working there (other than an excuse me when she had to get around me). Just me and one other lady in the store who she chatted with the entire time I was there. Seemed to know her personally, I heard her mention this lady's baby room and her dad (again, small place, ended up in close proximity a couple times as I browsed). Never got a hello, much less any offer of assistance or a thanks for coming as they were near the door as I left. Very odd.
