I highly recommend this Storage Facility because of my excellent experience using them. I had a small 5x5 Inside Unit there for 9 months. Right from the start, FreeUp was efficient and effective with making all of the arrangements and communication. The Tenancy Agreement was good. The ease of Access was Excellent. Good Housekeeping both inside and in the parking garage area.

Justin made storing my items at this facility easy and smooth for the last 2+ years. He is responsive, helpful, kind and customer focused. He returns calls and emails quickly, answers question efficiently, and keeps the building absolutely spotless. I would store at this location again in a heartbeat and reccommend it to everyone - it is extremely safe and secure. 5/5 stars!

The manager, Justin, is stellar. Courteous, friendly and very helpful. The facility itself is extremely well-maintained and very clean. Well-lit and the elevators are spotless. I would recommend FreeUp Storage any day of the week. I’m extremely pleased with this company.

I've called every storage facility in the greater Waukesha County, and this is the cleanest and most comfortable with reasonable pricing. Management seems good as well. I'm happy to have my 12x35 unit for as long as I'll need it.
Follow up - Even the move out process was smooth. Management is good, and the facility was always clean. I will definitely rent here again if I need storage in the future.
