Terrible service and Clinic. Don't go here. They can hardly communicate basic messages from nurse to doctor and they give up extremely easy if you have a complicated issue. My doctor said "I don't know what you want me to do". Ahh, that will help a patient heal, when his doctor verbalizes giving up and not wanting to help you anymore, yes. Then Dr. Borkowski told me he was giving me some sleep medication and when I arrived at the pharmacist, she explained that he prescribed me anxiety medication that I can take throughout the day. Pretty unreal how negligent this clinic and he was. Complete lack of communication and competency from him.

My experience has been below average so three stars is generous. Dr Geralts doesn't seem to listen to her patient, and that's a problem.

My wife has been with Aurora for many years now all records being electronic she was charged over $550.00 for a b.s. meet the doctor visit. Her doctor moved across town. This was a 15 minute appointment for her medicine she has been on for over a decade. This is why we need Health care reform greedy hospitals and clinics charging outrageous fees for little things like meeting a doctor visit that he will not remember her name 5 minutes after he leaves the room.

My doctor Todd Miller was excellent, but my experience with Aurora's billing department was one if the worst experiences I've had with a business. Unfortunately I will need to find a new doctor because I can't trust Aurora after this.-Update- I had someone call me from Aurora after this and was able to get on the phone with my insurance company and straighten this issue out. They also gave me some advice on how to avoid billing problems in the future. Good customer service, I just wish it had happened on the first call instead of the sixth.
