What is going on at this pharmacy? My insurance regularly changes it preference between generic and name brand for my prescription, but the last few times I've had to have it filled I have had to call them to remind them of this when my prescription has gotten hung up. Last time this happened, I was lied to and told it was simply out of stock instead of the person on the phone owning up to the mistake; I know this because I went there a couple hours later and had it filled on the spot. It is again hung up this month because of "an insurance issue." This is just incompetency at this point. They are well aware my insurance changes its preference and could rerun it under the other option or look at my history. It shouldn't take so much effort from the patient to get a prescription filled. The one time I did try to just trust they would figure it out on their own, the prescription request suddenly just vanished/was canceled.

This pharmacy is stuck in the past and rarely open. Hours rarely match what is posted online and if you call ahead you get an automated system that also gives you the incorrect hours.

These people need to be put out of their jobs. Maybe then they will learn how to treat customers. Who is in charge here and keeps allowing this to go unpunished? Is the rating not low enough? It's under 2 stars. That's crazy for a place that provides medication to people that need it.

Techs are extremely rude and purposely canceled out my prescription so they didn’t have to deal with an insurance issue. Acted annoyed when I asked questions regarding my prescription. Will not be going back to this pharmacy after this pickup.

Went there 3 times after we were called that the prescription was ready and still don't have it. You need to change how you handle that.

Hopefully the lack of a manager during the week walks out permanently.. the dark haired girl with the pony tail. After people were waiting for prescriptions for over a hour. She would tell them your prescription is ready, go to the end of the line... that without exaggeration was 40 minutes long. Is this the new woke culture? I said no, the .... ripped up my prescription and said find a new pharmacy. Thank you for the advice. Never been treated so rude as a customer. I apologize to the staff to be in that miserable environment with her, you deserve better. Not to mention I'm diabetic and was without medication for 4 days. The new pharmacy didn't have it in stock. Hartford was late 3 day on top of this originally. Hartford had recieved the package 3 days earlier but never put it in stock. Lousy management plain and simple. The dingbat should have said days prior, why hasn't this been recieved yet. My apologies to the staff for her and thank you for your hard work.

ordered my rx for 1-2 day delivery 7 days ago and they're still not here. called and the staff as usual had no clue what was going on. never coming here again.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Pharmacy techs are incompetent, rude, unhelpful, and lack any customer service skills whatsoever (especially your ghetto tech named Lyric). If there is an issue with your prescription, not only do they not help you, but they cop an attitude when you try to explain the situation. I’ve never seen pharmacy staff yell at someone over their prescription until today. I was treated so poorly when I needed help getting my medication that I will never step foot inside this place again, for any reason.Not to mention you cannot call the pharmacy direct anymore, it goes to a call center and they will tell you your prescription will be ready in 90 minutes. When you go to the pharmacy 7 hours later not only is it not ready, they don’t even have the medication and the store can’t be bothered to call you to tell you this because they just don’t care. Then they’ll yell at you when you ask why they didn’t call to let you know.
