Justin was amazing today. I came in panicked because my phone just quit working..he helped me get set up with a new phone... he was so busy as he was the only one working... we got a few bumps but Justin handled the stress and multiple clients well. Zander was amazing and super helpful! Verizon was a disaster and Zander was patient with me and Verizon. He was pleasant- very clear with Verizon despite their incompetence. I have been coming to this store for years and always get good service- but Zander is a stand out!
