A great experience at the post office is not something I have been able to say up until today. Annmarie was so amazing helping me out with some issues that I had. She was professional, patient, and extremely helpful. Great customer service ! Thanks!

The previous review about Ann Marie is correct. I am a outside contractor and get treated coldly by a lot of post offices. But this girl does not wear a mask, she is real as they come. Always says hello, down to earth no matter HOW her day is going!!! She is a strong asset for Scott the Postmaster. If you get a chance stop in and tell her thanks and a big shout out to the post master to give AnnaMarie a thatagirl for her genuiness and friendliness not only to the public but to ALL people!!!

Please don't ever change the way you do business.I highly applaud the way you maturely and respectfully deliver packages exactly as addressed on the shipping labels.With U.S.P.S., I don't have to worry about my expensive packages being left at the curb, in a snow bank or on the front lawn, as with other services.Keep up the good work.10-18-2023 Update:I just received $800.00 worth of computer memory that the seller chose to ship in nothing more than a bubble pack.My pack arrived with 'Zero' signs of abuse, dropping or damage.The memory works perfectly.I am extremely happy with U.S.P.S.Competitors should take note.

It’s too bad other people have had bad experiences but I personally have a great one every time I’m here! Super friendly staff, my packages and mail are always on time, delivery people are friendly. No complaints here!

Usually have an ok time here. This time i came in with tracking of a package i had. Was told she cannot go look for it. I must wait and theres to much back there. Iv never ran into this issue anywhere else. Newer employee needs to be retrained. Not happy what so ever.

Been dealing with the incompetence of this post office at my work place for several years, with packages being returned before ever attempting delivery. Since moving to Slinger less than a year ago, I get to have that aggravation on a personal level now too. I've had multiple occasions where mail that is supposed to be in my mailbox doesn't show up. I get daily emails from the Informed Delivery service, and give feedback when there are items missing. Nothing ever comes of it. The mail carriers when I lived in Milwaukee were above and beyond amazing, Hartford is a joke. I'm told it went downhill when they took away the carriers from Slinger, and gave the routes to Hartford. It's safe to say that it's WAY overdue to give Slinger back their own routes!
