i have been trying to get my screen fixed for a week and keep getting run around my i phone 15 is only 6 months old and the screen is broke i have tried online i have tried phone i went to store in Hartford Wi nice young lady helped me today i called to find out if i can finish the claim a very unfriendly man did not want to help me i am very disappointed with the lack of respect for a paying customer on phone or in person they are both just as important i advise you teach your employees this practice and i will return to talk to the nice lady who cares

My sister-in-law was having problems with her phone, and was very confused and frustrated. She wasn't using her phone because she believed it had been hacked. Audrina was able to patiently, kindly, and effectively check out her phone, change a few settings, and explain to her how to use the phone with more confidence. My sister-in-kaw is now able to use her phone again. Andrina provided truly excellent customer service. Thanks very much!
