“Let's start with the owner. I called him two nights ago about the lock-out dilemma I was facing with my car and the missing fob in my trunk. He patiently guided me through the process and told me what their tow truck driver would do when he reached my house. His employee, whose name is Dustin is a pro's pro. Within five minutes I had the fob that had been locked in the trunk and unlike the previous towing service, he did not trigger the car alarm. Five stars!”
