I W2 was inadvertently omitted front our taxe returns. Of course we have to pay over $2 000. The manager did refund the interest and fees for having done our taxes. This is the 2nd error they have made. Not going back!

Just got my taxes done before the deadline. Mike was amazingly helpful. He was very friendly and got me a large return. I was so pleased. He also gave me tips to get a better return next year

We were not provided a quote before the tax pro started (which is advertised by H&R Block). I felt like I was an annoyance/burden the whole appointment. At the end the tax pro told me it would be $345 but then said he could do a "little better" and it was $245. The website cites that it is starting at "$80". There was no explanation of the cost, just it is what it is. This will be our first and last time using H&R Block.

Matt is great, very thorough, informative, impressed with how quick and efficient he is also that he always makes sure you are getting your max refund, never had any issues come back and will continue to go back to him. Highly recommend
