I would give a zero-star rating on their service department and a 5-star on their sales department. I bought a tire there and the service advisor mentioned an 80-dollar mail-in rebate at the time of purchase. turns out the rebate needs to be turned in at the time of service which was not shared with me. Could you mail in the rebate I call BS? this is not the first issue I have had with their service department Advisor was rude they did not have the auto ready on time. I definitely will not be purchasing an auto from them in the future. While the sales department is great if they don't fix the issues with service they will lose my business completely. I do see I am not the only one with issues around the service department as well they used to be good.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my wife and I vehicles in Hartford. The sales representative was amazing. There was an issue with the vehicle I purchased, and the entire staff did an amazing job taking care of us! They are definitely our go to place. I would whole heartedly recommend Ewald Ford in Hartford to anyone looking to buy or service vehicles.

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2016 Ford truck from Ewald. It developed a misfire after 2,000 miles. I reached out to them and they would not cover new spark plugs, even though that service should have been done with the number of miles the truck had. Buyer beware! Make sure you check everything. The service department is horrible! I am 20 years old and Ewald has lost my business for life.

I had ordered Ranger Raptor with specific features. I was looking at a three month wait for my truck. Brian found one at another store with most of the features. He went and got it and had the two missing features added. Here I am with my truck 2 months early! Trent helped me save some money. Julia was there to answer questions and help me get acquainted with my truck.

I can't add a new review so I'm adding to my prior review. We came in yesterday 7-24-2024 with a severe issue that turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. Service fixed our truck right away. They did a fantastic job. Thank you!

One of the best dealership service experiences I have had. Thanks to Service Advisor Dennis for getting us back on the road quickly. Our family of 5 plus dog were heading up north to camp while, driving through on I-41, the engine lost all power. Got the truck restarted and made our way to Ewald Hartford where they quickly diagnosed the issue and then went out of their way to get the part from Menomonee Falls and rush the fix. Got us back on the road in a few hours and salvaged a camping trip that could have been ruined. Plus, the cost was very reasonable.
By the way, I had the truck into Ewald Venus in Cudahy a few days before for the same issue. They misdiagnosed the problem and charged me $1200 for new spark plugs, a reprogram, and fuel system cleaning. Completely the opposite experience at Ewald Hartford - clearly the better of the two related dealers.

Ewalds Heartland Ford donated a full set of Weather Tech floor mats to a charity raffle that benefits Wisconsin's CWCAC and I was the lucky winner of this set. Not only is that extremely generous of them to donate but I worked with Tyler in the parts department to order up a custom set for my truck and he was awesome to work with! Horrible Customer service, quite disgusted with the service department and management. Techs neglected to handle rims with care and management refused to take care of the mishap. I am utterly disgusted. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Had a great experience! Used to window shop there over the years and ran in to Doug everytime. He was always very helpful and nice to work with. Then when we bought our truck threw him same thing very polite and helpful threw the whole process.
