“No words......I've been trying to think of how to describe my experience and I am just wowed, so I feel the need to share. I don't think 5 stars is enough for this one. I called into check my balance and was pleasantly surprised by the lady that answered. Carrie was very upbeat and polite. She went above and way beyond what I feel her job is. She took the time to thoroughly explain and help me with my concerns. I honestly can't thank her enough. Every business should be blessed with an individual like this, and I hope Glacier Hills knows how much of an asset she really is. I will be dialing her direct extension from now on. “I have banked here for years. It is a great local bank where they know your name and are a pleasure to bank in person. I avoid their ATM as the menus are terrible, and it usually takes two tries. It asks you if you want to enter your preferences every time, and even if you do, it does not remember your choices. I hate having to keep answering if i speak english!! It is obvious they never use their own ATM or they would change it. I have another bank and use their ATM all the time, so it's not like I'm techtarded!”

“This bank has all the services I need. It has a really nice drive thru with security cameras. It also has a drive-thru ATM. It has adequate parking handicap access. They have elevators and a nice waiting lounge. I've always found the staff to be friendly professional and helpful.”

“Banking with a local bank is a breath of fresh air. Whenever there is a question or issue, the response is "I will find out for you." (and they do), instead of the "It's not my department--pass the buck to someone else or wait on hold in a long phone queue response from the big banks.”
