Lady behind the counter is good, but other than that, lackluster service and/or competency. Their rates are continuously rising but quality of service ??? We went on vacation in May. Put a hold on our mail. Released gold and got a small pile of mail. Fast forward to mid July. Carrier comes to the house with a whole tote of letters n packages and an excuse about our mail being “put on the wrong shelf”, nobody noticing, then being “found”… ???

Got a package that was supposed to be delivered to the Roberts post office and instead of bringing it to them or calling me they sent it all the way back to eagan 2 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS

Couldn't deliver my package because there was no access to the front door? Domino's had no problem what so ever getting to my front door. Weird how that works. Pretty sure my taxes pay for you to deliver my stuff, quit being lazy, get out the vehicle and bring it to my door. What a joke.

We’ve had so many issues with the post office/mail carriers. After years of dissatisfied service, we have now had multiple conversations and nothing has changed. In the last few weeks, we have had multiple packages “out for delivery” that are never delivered and for absolutely no reason. It’s very frustrating. We also own a business and ship packages through USPS, and sometimes they don’t pick up the packages which delays the ordering costumers from getting them on time, not okay. The mail carriers we have dealt with have all been unpleasant and seem to dislike their job and not care. Very disappointing and things need to change.

The service was good, but I was very disappointed that someone stood in front of me for 15 minutes with no mask - he was talking and touching all sorts of stuff. I asked if masks were required when I got to the counter. She said yes but it isn't up to her to enforce it and she just worries about herself. Good grief. We need to be worrying about one another - their OTHER customers should be a priority. This is why there is still such a problem. It isn't very difficult - no mask, no service. Lots of businesses do this.

The people always seem annoyed when I call to verify if I need to come pick up my packages. I pay for expedited shipping to get my packages by a certain day so when it says they are out for delivery & I will call at 345pm because my packages aren't here when our mail is usually delivered by 2pm I shouldn't get attitude. I'm just trying to be proactive because I need my items.

The parking is very convenient up front. Very friendly workers at the Hammond, WI location. Always fast service with a smile.

Limited hours and closes for an hour in the middle of the day. Hard to park also
