I came into the pharmacy drive thru at 7:58 with 1 car in front of me. While I was waiting, it turned to 8:01. I watch the pharmacists inside throw a "closed" sign in the window as I pulled up. I have a busy schedule and I needed that medication. If the staff would like to leave early, they should change their hours. Or at least for pharmacy they should state you need to be there by a certain time so staff can leave by 8:00?

John is by far the best pharmacist - he knows me when I walk in which is crazy given the number of customers they have. He's also amazing at explaining prescriptions and their side effects, why a particular drug may have been ordered for a particular condition, etc. He's genuinely interested in your health and well being!

You don't want to depend on Walgreens for important prescription medication, they overwork their pharmacists and they understaff. But for the non-drug sundries you want from a drug store, this one is okay. Shelves are stocked, the place is clean and well lit, there's enough space to avoid the many sick people who come in here (though I would mask up in cold and flu season). Not enough parking here when busy. One of the few places left that sell newspapers.

John the pharmacist IS the best with an incredible memory of customers. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable - very good communicator. Rest of store always clean and organized, staff attentive except for the occasional loafer that every retail store will be stuck hiring these days just to meet headcount requirements. Convenient location near grocery, retail and food stops we frequent.

Terrible customer service. Was told my prescription was ready 2 days in a row. But it wasn’t and then the workers became snippy when I was annoyed by their inaccurate information and unnecessary trips. Ended up sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to fill my prescription on the 2nd day. Get it together.

Shop here regularly. They are frequently out of lactose free milk, frozen, and other refidgerated items. Some associates talk with eachother while checking me out, very frustrating and disrespectful. Most are helpful and attentive.

John the pharmacist is 100% the reason we always use this pharmacy. He knows his customers, very friendly, patient, always has your best interest in mind, and is always helpful with requests or questions. He could teach a clinic on 5 star customer service. My family and I hope he stays there forever. Most of the other staff is friendly and helpful as well, but John exceeds expectations.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY JOHN, THE PHARMACIST.To keep it short, I called regarding an issue with medication. I called in politely (as John agreed) and started discussing the situation. It is a giant convoluted mess, but essentially I was told that, because another store scanned a medication, it could not be transferred to this location. I was also informed (asking, this is gonna cost a lot, isn’t it?) and was informed that I would be.I called the store, John picked up. I told him the situation (again, respectfully) and he started getting an attitude, to the point of outright laughing at me. When I told him to stop, he denied laughing at all. I can assure you he did.This is far from the first time I have had issues with this store. The misinformation is part of the reason I am currently Unmedicated (the medication is Prazosin, used as both a blood pressure and psychiatric medication. Every document says not to stop this suddenly).So, instead of getting my problems heard, I got laughed at and mocked. Then, the pharmacist proceeded to gas light me even though I told him the situation and what hell I was going through.Didn’t know Walgreens pharmacists had permission to make fun of sick patients. This is extremely upsetting and unacceptable.

John the pharmacist is awesome! He is kind to everyone, takes the time to answer any questions you have, and is extremely patient. He has even helped us get discounts on higher cost medication. He is the best!

Tried to get pictures again at this location and Jim the guy that does it is always on lunch.The girl that tried to help did not know what she was doing and then told us the wrong price!

Today customer service from the pharmacy department was horrible. Request to have prescription filled the pharmacy tech entered and filled the WRONG prescription then got upset with me, when I said I don't want it, mind you the request was at 1pm she told me the same tech that took the request to come back close to 4pm. After that adventure where I told her to pause because she clearly lacked the ability to own up to her mistake!!. Her frustration evident when she finally figured out the correct medication handed me off to another tech who then rudely came on the speaker and said I quote "pick up your medication" NEVER offered any advice or asked me if I wanted the pharmacist to consult with me. Guess I can figure it out, maybe they are not aware of the legal implications behind not offering a pharmacist to provide advice to a customer. They need to keep the more mature lady tech and the pharmacist that works there because I have had excellent customer service several times before. Clearly the two younger techs lack customer service training and SAFETY! Good thing I know how to teach my son to use his albuterol inhaler to treat his life threatening asthma condition. I don't know how people that are so unkind and lack the ability to take accountability for their own actions sleep at night. The customer is not always right but you can do your job to keep the customer safe and the customer has a right to let you know it is not safe give them the wrong medication or not offer medication advice.

horrible customer service, will randomly change your prescriptions whether it be the time to pick up or where to pick it up. waiting time is atrocious, it seems no one in the pharmacy has ever used a computer in their life.

Horrible pharmacy. Nurse called from my grandmother's hospice care letting us know her morphine prescription was ready for pickup. When we got there to pick it up we were told it was sent to a different Walgreens pharmacy through them, which would close in 10 minutes, and this was the third time picking up the prescription at this location. The girl at the counter really didn't care, and now we are hoping what is left of her last prescription lasts the rest of the night. A total nightmare of a situation to deal with on top of what we are already going through.
