“I cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to both me and my dog. The clinic is very clean. I appreciate how much they genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring vet.”
“Dr. Thelen is amazing. I first met her when I brought my cat Phat Boy to see her. He was 16 years old and he was sick. I wanted to make sure I made the right choices for him to have the best quality of life possible for the time he had left. She was so informative and kind. I felt that Dr. Thelen gave him the best care. I see her for all of my pets needs now and have recommended her to family also. Thank you for your dedication Doc!”
“Always a great place to take our furry family to get updated on shots or for kenneling. The docs and staff are really great and caring. Best I've seen. Thank you to all of them. Take your furry family to see them for all your needs.”
“We had a wonderful experience at the Wauwatosa Vet Clinic. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely feel like my cats are getting the best care possible. 2735 W Rawson Ave, Franklin“I called to see if I could get my sick kitty seen because our regular vet couldn’t get him in for 2 days and I was able to get on the schedule for the very next day. The day of the appointment, they even called to see if I could come in 30 minutes early. Dr. Stephanie & Ruth were INCREDIBLE. They sincerely cared for my fur baby and explained everything to me during the exam, their recommendations and costs of everything. They called me the next day to go over bloodwork and to check on my Leo and answered my questions. They treated us so wonderfully during this stressful time and it felt like we had been going to them forever….and now will be! Thank you so much Star Vet, Dr. Stephanie & Ruth!”

Every time we bring our dogs in, they are kind and excited to see us, give us the time to explain what might be happening, and they give us the feedback and information we exactly need. I've taken our dogs to Dr. Nelson for over a year now, and I know they are so well cared for and loved when in their hands.”
“Greendale Village Vet to the rescue when my regular vet had some issues with my pupper’s Rx food delivery. They were kind and efficient their facilities look amazing.”
“Amazing! The front desk, techs, and veterinarian were all compassionate, understanding, personable, and friendly! We just moved from Florida and needed urgent care. The staff was very helpful and understanding; they worked with us to make sure both my dogs could be seen same day.
So happy I took my girls here, we will definitely be using Crawford Animal Hospital as our regular veterinarian!! Thank you Crawford for your outstanding care!!!”

3010 S Chase Ave, Milwaukee“I've been taking my cat here for 4 years and she is doing really well do I do trust the doctors. Typically staff have been extremely kind and helpful, but there are some things I'd like to mention that needs addressing.
I care about my cat A LOT. She has always gone to her scheduled annuals (never missed and and I don't even think she had been late except this last time). I adopted her during COVID so I would wait in the parking lot and the techs would come get her. It worked out smoothly. The only issue was that I was unable to bring her in for emergencies (anal glands or when she had a cold a couple of times) because the receptionist(s) told me that I had to go elsewhere such as Mayfair due to not having any room for me. I continued to go to Mayfair over the last 4 years until this last instance. I did take her to get some teeth extracted and cleaned at CVC, though, in a timely fashion. These things are not cheap, but I want her to be healthy.
I received a notification in the mail at the end of September that my cat was due (what I thought said October 25) October 18. I called on October 22 or 23rd and you guys were booked out until December. I called the next day because I noticed her anal glands were leaky and she seemed to be in a small amount of pain (eating a little less than normal/sleepy). I figured that I would try to get in with you because I've been coming here for 4 years and it seems odd that I can't get in emergency visits ever when I am a longtime and consistent patient. (The receptionist had mentioned that there were same day appointments when I called to schedule the appt that ended up in December.)
This is where things went downhill. I called the day after I made the annual appointment to grab an emergency appointment (see if there were any openings) for the anal glands. The receptionist came across as though I was an inconvenience and negligent stating that this is not something they do, that I have an overdue exam and need to be current in order to be seen and that they were doing me a courtesy by allowing me this one time to get in the next day. There were two times available in the afternoon. I was at work, working with children and did not want to argue. I said thank you and moved on although very perturbed.
I went in for the appointment which took about 4-5 minutes and asked if patients need to have appointments scheduled before the due date of the exam or if they are able to call before the due date to schedule in order to be seen moving forward. The vet tech interrupted my question to the receptionists (these were not the person I spoke with on the phone because I could tell by the ladies' voices and they were super kind/soft spoken). The vet tech told me that my pet needs to know the vet, that I need to come in for my appointments and I can't just call when there is an emergency. This was off-putting, but I tried to understand that maybe she had a busy day and was speaking quickly not realizing that there were assumptions in her answer that 1. my cat doesn't have an established relationship with the vet and 2. that I call only for emergencies and am always late for my appointments or don't schedule regularly at all. Eventually I explained this to her and refuted every assumption she had about me and she said that I was fine and she hopes no one made me feel like an inconvenience.
I am hoping that the ability to schedule at the appointments will alleviate this, but I might suggest that the receptionists/techs view a patients records before assuming that they put off their appointments, only call for emergencies, etc. and perhaps refrain from stating that they are making an exception and this is unacceptable. Even if I had called the first day I received the mailer, I still would have been overdue because you're booking 2 months out. This experience made me very sad because I actually really have enjoyed coming here and feel like my cat is receiving gre”
“I'm extremely likely to recommend St. Francis Animal Hospital to a friend or colleague. Despite their busy schedule, they made room for us because they understood the urgency of our pet's situation. The staff was incredibly thorough in their exam and identified a major issue with our dog. They were also kind, sensitive, and took the time to ensure we fully understood the treatment plan. Their willingness to teach us how to administer care at home, along with their offer to assist daily if needed, truly showed their dedication. Plus, everyone we interacted with was so friendly and compassionate!”
“My dog is always met with enthusiasm and love. She gets excited to go to the Vet and thinks this is her other home. They send reminders of what your pet is due for vaccines and can accommodate to your needs.”
“I absolutely love West Allis Animal Hospital! The staff are amazing and Dr. Karen is the best. We have more dogs than we care to admit to, and WAAH is there for us every single time. We have multiple dogs on life-long medications, including some older ones that require extra care. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The mini Doxi in this picture is 17 years old and doing well thanks to them!”
“I would proudly recommend Westown to my family and friends for their fur babies.
I adopted my dog as a puppy during the pandemic, and the previous vet we took him to didn't allow me inside for his visits (which I understand as a healthcare worker) but they repeated the same treatments to no effect for his intestinal worms.
I was referred to Westown by a family friend, and am so glad I made the visit. Dr. V gave my puppy an antibiotic instead of an antiworming medication, and started him on a probiotic, and it made all the difference. He was a completely different dog - no more accidental diarrhea in the house, no more vomiting, no more worms, and he looked so much healthier and happier.
This has been my go-to vet since. They are always so happy to see my dog, and are so gentle and sweet with him. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and get excited for his annual vet visits because I know he loves them too.”
“I’ve tried other vets in the area, and MKE Vet clinic takes the cake! Our first visit included a FINAL DIAGNOSIS that our other vet said was just a “weird ear thing” for three years! The cat room always the cat to feel comfortable and safe! The staff is so kind and really caring towards your pets! THANK YOU MKE VET?”
“I made a “new patient” appointment for my dog and it happened to land on the day we had a huge snow storm. Their office decided to close at noon and I was scheduled for 2:45pm. They called to reschedule me and I expressed my desire to get in because I had some concerns about my pooch. The girl at the front desk was so friendly and squeezed me in at 10:30am.The vet tech, Mallory was lovely too. She bundled up to take my dog outside to gather a urine sample, so they could get it tested same day…I thought my pup may have a UTI. She did! And because of Mallory, they were able to start my dog on antibiotics that day. The veterinarian, Dr. Andrea Sobon was referred to me by a friend and she did not disappoint! She spent almost 2 hours with me explaining and answering all my questions. She is beyond amazing at her job!I recommend this clinic if you are looking for a vet and staff that genuinely have your pets best interest at heart.Everyone I came into contact with had amazing customer service. Thanks for a great experience.”

7330 W Forest Home Ave, Milwaukee“The short. Price is middle of the road not the worst. They are much more up to date and have offered multiple options that were not told to me by old be for both congestive heart failure and hip dysplasia. I transferred all 3 dogs here. Longer: Dr Cassie has been a miracle worker. I went from having the conversation with myself about euthanasia for my dog with congestive heart failure, to taking her swimming and hiking and her playing with an 8 month old puppy all day. She identified and performed a procedure her old vet didn't identify or do. She noticed a medication duchess wasn't on. When I told her that she threw it up every time and old vet said we had to go without it, dr Cassie looked oddly and said "oh, there is probably something in the name brand she doesn't tolerate, we will send it to a compounding pharmacy and get it to her in a different form." She has tolerated this very well and it was half the price of the name brand. I made sure to take duchess back in to visit so she could see the difference she made. Dr. Cassie didn't just save my dog. She returned a high quality of life to her. Eventually the meds won't work but I have already gotten months I wouldn't have otherwise. She has done similar, with my 9 yr old husky shepherd with hip dysplasia. Lana has been on daily anti inflammatory her whole life. I asked if there were alternatives and she has recommended two. We did the first and are ending anti inflammatories today to see how she is doing. Anyway, can't recommend enough. Go here.”

Dr. Bob is the sweetest soul and I was grateful for the peace he brought during one of the most difficult days of our lives. The thought of bringing our baby to a scary place on his last day breaks my heart, and I am forever grate for the invaluable service they provide. This was such an awful day, but I wouldn't have had it any other way. Nicky and Dr. Bob were so compassionate and walked us through the whole process. We were at home, in our safe place, full of love, kisses, and tears.Nicky and Dr. Bob, thank you is not enough. We are truly grateful for you.?”

Fast efficient service. Open 6 days a week. Addresses all your concerns regarding our most precious members of our family!”
“I’m not one to leave reviews, but praise has to be given when it is deserved. I unfortunately had to put down my golden down after a quick decline. I was devastated, but Dr. Kelly and Shannon made the experience incredibly peaceful and took amazing care of my boy. Shannon was a great comfort with a much needed hug and I could tell her heart broke along with mine. You both are amazing at what you do. Thank you for giving me the time and peace I needed with Clay. We both needed it!”
