This used to be a great post office. Now there is a woman who is dumb as a box of rocks, and barley speaks English. When she is not there, the other option for customer service is a rude little troll boy.

Carla was very kind and helpful when figuring out postage for multiple packages, one going international. She made sure to explain the most efficient ways to mail them.

People complain too much. Overprice shipping? Then go to another post office. ITS ALL THE SAME! I have seen the staff help package items at this location. And people still complain? I ALWAYS find the people here friendly and quick. I ship many times a week US and international. Great attitudes. Nice location. Lots of parking. Long hours on Saturday is helpful.

This little Post Office on Hales Corners is very difficult to get to. So many parking lots, bad entry as far as driveway being on disrepair. This branch needs to expand to keep up with the growth in the area. It has been here for many decades and needs a face-lift. Once i was able to maneuver my way to this Post Office it was helpful that there was a drive through drop box. Then getting out of there was quite a mess!! Hwy 100 is being ripped up and once again, all the twists and turns to get through before you get back on the road is just crazy. This place is the opposite of convenient!!!

This used to be my favorite and fastest post office. Customer service has gone way down since Mr. Smith retired. The lady at the front usually has an attitude, refuses to tape things for you and the lines have gotten so long.

If counter people are having a bad day you’ll know it in Hales Corners post master especially, the guy is always nice. They treat you more as a hinderance than a customer that’s helping the post office stay open with their over priced shipping. I continue to go there unfortunately because it’s the closest. It’s also terrible to hear that packages are thrown and not handled with care , because they don’t care or over worked, told that packages are worse off if you actually put fragile or handle with care on them

Dave and Lyndsey are the bomb. Happy Retirement Dave! They are always so helpful and friendly. I come here instead of my own post office because they are intelligent, friendly, caring people.
