Small locally owned business. Been in the business since 1950s. Friendly and looks out for the customer. I got orthotics like from him. Ended up costing about 62 instead of hundreds. We went there for shoe repair but he said it wasn't worth doing.

Dropped off my Sorel winter boots on Monday to get have the heel mended. It was quite rundown, but the rest of the show was in good shape. I saw several good reviews of this store so I reached out to the owner and sent some pics of my shoes to see if they could be mended. They could! I picked them up the following Saturday, and they looked wonderful! Definitely will return if there is anything else I need repaired. Friendly and professional service. Very reasonable priced as well.

They did a great job putting new soles on custom shoes. It only took a week. I waited several months at another store only to get the wrong soles put on. This is the second pair of shoes I have had repaired, and both turned out perfectly. I highly recommend them for leather repair.

I wanted to get a new pair of shoes stretched a little bit before a trip, and Michael’s was amazing! They were able to accommodate me before my trip and turn them back around to me well before we left. Price was incredibly reasonable - I will definitely be using them for future cobbler needs.
