I only come to Jetz for their touchless car wash. The drying mechanism could use an upgrad but then again what touchless car wash is designed to achieve maximum dryness.

This center includes Culver's, Jetz and Subway. All 3 stores are clean, organized, friendly and stocked for convenience.

The one thing (besides selling clean gas) a gas station convenience center should do well is fresh, hot, American style coffee. On this one most important thing, they fall very short. Because of a part time job, I'm here at all hours but mostly afternoon and evening when I'm beginning to fade. They make their coffee hours, maybe days earlier and then the coffee sits in Thermos carafes, getting staler and staler. There are two ways to make coffee unpalatable when serving lots of people, one is to keep serving coffee that's more than an hour old and the other is to not properly clean all the equipment. Without a soapy wash and a vinegar solution rinse, old coffee oils collect and the combination of inadequate cleaning and leaving stale coffee out for a long time is this repulsive choice of hot beverages here. It's a clear sign of the end of work for the Boomer generation. The generations younger than us aren't big on the small black coffee, and the generation working here is as unfamiliar with old fashioned customer service as they are with hot coffee. The gas seems okay.

I love stopping @ Jetz. I can literally get pretty much everything all right here. I can fill the car up on fuel ⛽, then run it through the ? car wash they also have right there, and get it super clean and shiny. ? And also stop inside for snacks or candy. And of course I usually hit up the Culver's drive-thru for a? shake ? or some ? custard ? Or sometimes a sub for lunch for my son and I. So literally I can get it all by stopping at one location only. It's the best!! ?

Here today on 5/20/2022 3:30 p.m. as a customer paying extremely high gas prices on a daily basis for my companies cargo van fleet, I would expect like any other person that I would receive that gas a went in and pre paid for. I then get told by the cashier that somebody has pumped my gas, even though I pointed to her the pump that I was at which she saw. She then states that I cannot receive my money back and that she can’t give me her managers information to talk to. Once I tell her I’m calling law enforcement, she states not to call law enforcement. She also states to not harass one of her customers. That same customer spoke to me first and said that I was right and should be receiving what I payed for. Never thought I’d leave a 1 star review or even write a review for a gas station, but this cashier and business is terrible.

Every single time I come to this gas station the pumps dont work and it is a huge waste of my time. It pumps $0.17 worth of gas then stops and it won't work anymore and if I try another pump the same thing happens. I do NOT recommend coming here for gas.

I have been a LOYAL customer for 15 years. 3 visits a week at least or more. Today a very tall NEW employee was going to check me out. As i was about to put my debit card in the reader he asks do you have an ID with a NAME that matches your ID? Im like what? where did this come from? I have been carded for alcohol in the past I get that! But to ask me if my debit card is mine? You single handily lost a GREAT customer who literally spends hundreds at your station! Good bye and good riddance! BP down the street had no problem with my purchase!

Marilyn followed me around the store closely watching and questioning my every move. This has happened multiple times before. I am a professional who makes decent money and have not given anyone a reason to assume that I am stealing or a threat in any way. I have repeatedly been made to feel uncomfortable at this place and it is not acceptable.

Don't go to breakfast at this location. I stopped at 7:20am and they were not open, remind you if you go to the website it states 7am....crappy service

This Subway inside the Jetz gas station is CLEAN and well kept. While other reviews complain of slowness, I don't see it. There is usually only one person making sandwiches and that will slow things down, but the service is well managed and pleasant.

My star rating is for the car wash not the gas station. My husband and I filled with gas and added on a silver car wash. I was very disappointed as it did not clean anything off my car. I would have been better off just spraying my garden hose. Will not use the automatic wash again.
