Update: Holz came through for me and I have a fair solution to my issue.
A Chevy problem not the dealer but Chevy pushed me back to the dealer and Holz push me back to Chevy. I do feel Holz did not have my back on this.

Impossible to know what cars they have. Their online inventory is inaccurate.
So the next time we tried phone. Their phone operators are not on site, but won't reveal that. They always say everything is available.
So then the third day I tried texting the salesperson. They said a car was available.
I get there and again, car was sold TWO days prior.
Good luck. (And no, I have no idea why I gave them three chances...)

Horrible service. Called and checked on one car. Was told it's available and called us back to confirm and that it would be up front. Get to the dealership to find it up front with a sold sticker on it. Test drove another, decided to come back to it and again told it's available. Now just was told it was sold 2 days ago. Phone people aren't on site and clearly not updating online inventory until days later. Zero empathy. Poor business

The service experience was terrible, service manager told me car was ok to drive up north and couldn’t service my car, made appointment for later said only one guy working and that he was hung over went to drive home and car wouldn’t accelerate, good thing I didn’t drive up north as then they come back with a $3000 estimate for timing belt, service manager told me it was ok to drive with check engine light he did it for 6 months, here it was a major repair and I just had my car in 2 days earlier for new plugs and tire for $444 bill very suspicious that now my car suddenly fails, this was a totally unsatisfactory experience and total irresponsible

Great service from Chris T. and the staff. Was done when they told me it would be, matched prices and gave me all the discounts on my coupons making pricing excellent for tires and full 4wd service. Highly recommend Holz.

I finally purchased my car after weeks of car searching. I went in knowing the car since I had test drove it couple days ago. There’s some dealerships that don’t want to negotiate or they need to know if you’re going to finance. Here I went straight to the point without letting them know how I was going to make my purchase and he understood with no problem. Mark was a great help, he is someone easy to work with understanding and explained everything very well. Highly recommend working with him.

Mark and his team were incredible in their personal service. The process of buying a pre-owned vehicle was far more comfortable and went much more smoothly than any previous experience I have had.
