Long time to answer call light. Some staff obviously annoyed with patient's and their family. It would show in attitude. Some staff excellent. Not quick to change care plans, even when needed and ordered.

This facility was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and quick when called upon. Therapies all amazing and they know what they are doing. What does it tell you when many employees have been here for 17 to 25 years. I am am happy to go home but will miss alot of wonderful people.

As a former employeen:all whichI have witnessed and experienced , HCCC is not the reputable facility it once was recognized as being so. Would never recommend to anyone. The presiding administrator needs to reevaluate her purpose,goals,aspirations as well hold forth to the mission statement HCCC commits to.
