“In all my years, I have only ever been there for their AYCE Friday Fish Frys which are expensive as hell nowadays, but this catered special event was quite splendid with broasted chicken, sliced beef n gravy, bread dressing, new potatoes, garden salad, rye bread, dinner rolls, fresh carrot and celery sticks. It was very good. Still expensive but it was a fundraiser for a group so I understood that going in: $25/guest.”
“No other grocer has a fish and meat selection like Sendiks, I drove over last Sunday hoping to get Monkfish fillets to find they didn't have them displayed, however after asking when they might get a shipment in the kind lady stated, sir I have some in back that just need to be filleted out. Being an avid fishermen I bought 4 fillets and cleaned them myself, was easy. This place has exotic fish and as big as you want.......love Sendiks.”
