Be careful to make your car detailing appointment with ample time afterwards in case of scheduling conflicts! I had a car detail appointment that was set for 9:30am, they didn't get started on my car until well after another car, I had to ask to get my car back sooner and unfinished so I could make my appointment. They did a fine job, but timeline should have been communicated to me and been more transparent.

crew works hard and does a great job, but don't believe the sign that says to go on here and leave a 5 star review instead of a tip because it's a lie...they do NOT give their employees lunch for the 5 star like the sign says ?

The crew working on the car was great, my only sour spot is the “manager” every time I’m there he seems to be really rude and dismissive. Not begging to be loved but a smile in customer service goes a long way, que disfruten el almuerzo muchachos

Don’t give them your card information. I canceled my membership in March with them and they are still charging me. I reached out to them so it could be corrected and they told me I did not cancel in march despite me having the receipt from when I canceled. I sent them the receipt from when I canceled my membership and now they are just not getting back to me.

I purchased the leval 3 complete detailing package. Terrible results.
Water spots on the exterior.
Windows and mirrors were streaked, the corners untouched.
Interior was vacumed.
The entire Interior was sprayed with an oily, shinny substance. Now that it's dried, there's dirt and dust in all the corners and edges. Very apparent they never wiped all the surfaces.
The floor mats were so slippery I had to remove them to drive.
