“The Team of Eric, Max and Ben are phenomenal. Eric did a complex installation of my radar system in my Toyota Corolla. I was so impressed with their precision, attention to detail. I knew their would be prefect to do this install. I have been taking my Buick Park ave for servicing for many years now and she has almost 100,000 miles, thanks to Hale Park Automotives care. Thank you!!”
“As someone who knows nothing about cars and needed to find a trustworthy auto repair shop, I’m happy to have been recommended to Piller’s. Steve is very professional, honest, friendly and patient. He’s done a lot of service on my car and I appreciate the work he has done and his helpful communication. I would recommend this place to anyone!”
“Recently had body work done on my car after being hit by a driver who ran a red light. All the staff are wonderful! The repairs and paint job done on my car were outstanding! Great customer service, highly recommend!”
“Get all three of my vehicles serviced here. I would do some of my own but I live in a condo. Fair prices and complete diagnostics. I trust Joe to repair only what is needed. No up selling.”
“Chuck and Todd were both great to work with. I went to about 7 different body shops, but it was clear holz was the only option. My paint and body work turned out great, color matched perfectly and no blending required. I wouldn't trust anywhere else to work on my Corvette.”
“Always honest fair and trustworthy whivh is so hstd to find.No one we'd have work on our vehicles other then these 2 wonderful men.weve been going to th forc30 plus years

A HALES CORNERS LIFELONG STAPLE”
“Been looking for a decent 4Runner with lower mileage for months and found one at a Chevrolet dealership (Holz Motors). From a recent past experience, I needed to make sure the 4Runner wasn't completely rusted out underneath. I live almost 2 hours away so I made a call. Deven R. answered and was very professional, polite, and he answered every question I asked. Not being a Toyota dealership, if he did not know the answer, Deven made sure he would search for the answer and got back with me. The vehicle is a 2014 Toyota 4Runner SR5 (lowest end plain jane) but on their website it showed a Limited (highest end with all the bells and whistles) with leather seats, heated seats, sunroof, etc but it has none of them. Allegedly, it was an error on CarFax. The 4Runner style was adjusted online to SR5 but price did not change when the value was nearly $3,000 lower. Back to the rust I was concerned about. 2 hours each way is not a horrible drive but Deven saved me the extra drive by taking extra photos and videos of the underneath and rocker panels. Definitely has quite a bit more rust I wanted to see but I'm willing to get it taken care of on my own expense. I appreciate the extra steps Deven did for me, I was still interested, and decided to drive down there the next day. Arrived at Holz Motors in the afternoon, saw the 4Runner up front, greeted from a nice lady and showed me where to meet Deven. He was available right away and brought me to the vehicle. Told me a little bit about it, looked at it and pleasantly surprised how clean the inside was, and took a short test drive. It was what I was looking for minus the rust. Sat down and started talking the price since they offered a small reduction of their error I found. End of the story, even though the error value was almost $3,000 less, Holz only gave me less than $500 reduction. They told me it was supply and demand not that actual value. Perhaps Holz gave the previous owner a higher trade in from their error of the wrong style/value and manager was not willing to give me the true value of the SR5 to have a lower profit. At the end, I would definitely recommend pre-owner sales, Deven. He went the extra mile. Ryan did the paperwork quickly and I appreciate not pushing or pressuring extra warranty etc I would not have bought anyway. Just make sure you double check your name and address are correct. Only bad things I noticed so far driving the 4Runner back home. A fairly small noise from below the steering wheel I did not hear on the short slower test drive and supposedly, Holz service department replaced the windshield wipers. On the way home I noticed the passengers side wiper was whipping in the air. I stopped and looked at it and part of it is bent out off the windshield and broken. Good thing it was a sunny day. Wish I saw it before I left Holz instead of finding it on the highway north of Milwaukee driving 70 MPH.”
“Update: Holz came through for me and I have a fair solution to my issue.
A Chevy problem not the dealer but Chevy pushed me back to the dealer and Holz push me back to Chevy. I do feel Holz did not have my back on this.”
“Been taking my car here for service since 2016. Service technicians are knowledgeable and list to get the issue corrected (when something goes wrong). Usually just oil changes and tire rotation.”
“Such great guys! Appreciated them chit chatting with me and giving my dog some treats, will definitely be returning there instead of the dealership when I need an oil change!”
“They had my car into the shop in just 2 days. Diagnosed and replaced rear wheel bearings with new ABS sensors. Great job. Car drives like new.
Back again. This time my own fault driving a low clearance car on “road” that was only fit for 4x4 trucks. Hammered a rock and cracked my oil pan in two places. Dwayne and his mechanic did a great job replacing it. And they were quite good-humored about all the oil that leaked out while they waited on the new part to arrive. Thx again!!”
