“Went there today to get my hotspot connected and it took 15 minutes as appose to ATT. I spent 16 hours 4 hours a day last week Monday thru Thursday...on the phone with ATT and they could not figure out how to activate there own hotspot device so i returned it.. The guys here at Verizon in Neenah are awesome and not to pressing about getting more devices, and have respect if you don't want to buy anything else. And they do things very efficiently. Thanks for helping me out in only 15 minutes!!!”

“After saying I would never need a phone one because I don't need people to know where I am every day /timed and I have minimal friends. I've been with US Cellular since I was ????... maybe 20 (couple decades ago) I still would rather have landlines and then voice recorder. Keep it simple. Especially when you don't have much technological understanding, general understanding, anxiety (so I have to REALLY hope I get a patient employee) ??????????I get the joy of changing phones and my nasty anxiety is already kicking in already.
