I had very positive interactions with the employees, but the lack of communication about changes and the wait time made this a somewhat poor experience for me. It took 5.5 hours to get onto a driver's queue - estimated for an hour later. After an hour and 10-15 minutes, I called up and was told the driver had been pulled off to a different vehicle, and it was going to be another 2-3 hours. This is one of the instances that would've been nice to be contacted and notified of the change. The dispatcher I got after calling again was really nice and sent my tow to another driver who ended up picking it up another 30 minutes later. The driver - Brandon - was really nice and willing to help in whatever way he could. My experience with Brandon and my 2nd dispatcher in particular is why I bumped this review from a 1 star to a 3 star review. They were really good and deserve recognition. However, because of the lack of communication beforehand, paired with the fact that it took more than 7 hours to get a tow, which would've taken 9+ hours without me mentioning the wait time, I will not be using Fox City's Towing East services in the future unless as a last resort.
