Very nice people on the phone but very frustrating to work with. We have received late payment notices on our homeowner's insurance twice, caused by them not setting up payment schedules correctly. They would not stand behind anything to correct those fees. They are only there to collect a commission and farm everything else off. We also couldn't leave voicemails because their office doesn't accept any. We used them to help find new homeowners' insurance when we moved, and they made it feel like we were an inconvenience to them for moving out of the city and into the county saying it was so hard to find insurance. That should have been a big red flag. We Luckly now found a better insurance agency and are leaving their lack of support. Over the years we only asked to add, remove vehicles and move once. They have never reached out directly to us to talk about changes in the policies either. Again, feels like they were just there to collect a commission.

A person they insure hit me in a high end sports car and they basically told me to “figure it out it’s not there problem” still waiting on payment it’s been 4 months what a great way to run a bussiness the person I talked to on the phone was very rude
