Every time I've ever had dealings with Community First Credit Union they have been extremely hard to work with, never having your best interest in mind. Providing simple information requires way more steps than it should and they have no loyalty to their customers. Dont ask them because odds are they WONT find a way...There are plenty of other credit unions in the valley that would be much better locations to hold all of your "capital"

Had a rude experience with a teller here. I am relatively new to 'adulting' so to speak and needed a cashier's check to pay a bill. I walked up to the counter and requested a cashier's check. I handed her my debit card. The teller rudely tossed the card back at me and said \\\"what am I gonna do with this? ANYONE could have this.\\\" I looked at her and was confused for a second until I realized she wanted my ID (she didn't say this). When I handed over my ID she said \\\"There we go\\\". Overall it was just a very condescending experience. Giving three stars because I know not everyone there is like that. Our loan advisor was amazing!

Have been banking with CFCU since its inception. Employees of Pacon started the credit union in 1969 & it was named Valley Credit Union. I and my boyfriend at the time along with many other management and manufacturing Employees placed our money & trust in our CU. Then was purchased from us allowing for more people and money to be placed in the credit union. Only Credit Union or bank we feel comfortable with

They have horrible customer service. They never admit when they are at fault. Truly if you are looking for a new bank look elsewhere. This place is a joke. They are rude and very snobby. Treat you like they are better than you. Horrible horrible bank.

"They'll find a way" to not call you back when you leave a voicemail for a call back. Tried to order new debit cards for my wife and I. They will not send my wife a new card unless she calls in separately.

Their banking has been fine, but some of the tellers are very rude. One of them rolled her eyes at me after I misspoke.

Apparently it's against their policy to provide deposit envelopes at their ATMs. Every ATM of theirs that I've experienced requires an envelope to make a deposit. After speaking to a customer service representative, I was informed that it is the customer's responsibility to bring an envelope (they didn't mention if there were any size requirements for the envelope). I've never heard of any other bank or credit union having this type of policy and it seems ludicrous to me. If that's going to be your policy, then you should install ATMs that don't require an envelope (the technology exists).

This was the very worst experience I ever had getting a simple car loan. They don't even have people in store it's all done through a call center. Filled out the app last wed and got approved Monday than went to get the money and they needed this and that didn't bother to tell us right away so we got that stuff than oh wait they needed MORE INFO so waited for a week only to lose the car we were getting the loan for. Sad how company's like this have so many customers they don't care if a couple people who complain. Btw DO NOT work with Bob he was so disrespectful to my wife it's not even funny not to mention he hung up on me. This man should be fired for talking the way he did to us. I should've heeded the warning when people told me not to go here. We are pulling are accts immediately.
