This is the absolute last place that I will be recommending to anybody. Last night a young 17 year old girl got in an accident and needed a tow, the short, bald man who came to tow her came out of truck screaming about how we woke him up out of bed, cursed at us all multiple times and called us names like “jackass”. Mind you, we were just standing there waiting for a tow and we’re originally very relieved to see him! We were completely shocked at the screaming, as this was our first interaction with him. We told him we didn’t need his services anymore, and he snatched the keys and proceeded to take the vehicle to an impound in Greenville Which is nowhere near where we wanted it taken. We got in touch with someone else that works there after he flipped out and left with the vehicle and he finally brought it back to where he was supposed to.

Poor communication with customers and poor communication between Accel locations. Frustrating back and forth with diagnosing issues. I sincerely regret bringing my vehicle here.

Great Speedy Service! Highly recommend. I needed a tow in a pinch and Accel Auto came through and fully delivered. The driver even called to make sure everything was right with my tow and he had the correct shop address

Was recommended by a friend and they will be my go to shop from here on out. Have had to take my car in twice in the last few months for repairs, once for a busted tie rod and once for a brake and rotor that needed replaced. Never once felt pressured for unnecessary repairs. Both times they were able to diagnose and fix the issue the same day they were able to get me in. The pricing was beyond reasonable and fair and everyone I spoke to from making the appointment to bring it in to the mechanic was incredibly nice and professional!

My Semi truck just stopped working on a dangerous off-ramp on 10/41. Alex showed up and saved the day. I was back on the road within 15 minutes and I couldn’t have been happier. Hopefully I’m never in that situation again, but I know who I would call if I needed to. Thanks!
