Horrible Service, shift lead Dylan is very passive aggressive and talks down to you. I was doubled charged and had to call corporate to get any answer because bro was just standing there with his hands in his pockets.

Pharmacy is awful, the pharmacists are the only helpful ones there if the clerks will even let you speak to one. No wonder so many walgreens are closing customer service sucks. Never have the medications you need always have to order them then wait and wait for the script to actually be filled.

4/24, early as hell in the morning. I had found out a good friend of mines mom passed away from cancer and this cashier at Walgreens, who’s name I can’t remember for the life of me, helped me find beautiful flowers and was so considerate of everything. She even said she wished the best for me and my friend etc. My mind is everywhere with the loss of my friends mom but she was so helpful! That kind of customer service needs to be appreciated for sure. Thank you! She went above and beyond. 💪👌

This review is specifically to recognize the excellent customer service provided by shift lead Richard. Richard was summoned to assist by a cashier who was unable to complete a return. Richard was polite, professional, courteous and calm and he successfully completed the return in a timely manner. Richard exemplifies what good customer service looks like resulting in the customer (me) leaving the store satisfied. Happy customers are return customers. Thank you, Richard.

pharmacy was rude. I get it, it’s hard sometimes. However, I’ve worked in a pharmacy and know that the stuff I got wasn’t too hard or tedious. Waiting in line for 20 minutes, then being told 30-45 minutes, then coming back to being told another 30-45 minutes is nowhere near acceptable for an inhaler. On top of that, being rude also just makes it even more sucky

told to wait a half an hour, came 45 minutes later and was told another half an hour. as someone who works at walgreens i know how hard it can be, but the type of medications they were are not hard to do especially with 4 people plus a pharmacist working at one of the slowest times of the day.

Remember when they used to say Welcome to Walgreens when you walked in the door? Now they sit on a stool with earbuds in and completely ignore you. Do better Walgreens!

I have only ever used this pharmacy, it has been over 15 years now, I am not sure what has changed but this pharmacy is absolutely horrible now. Takes hours to fill a simple script, when you call to ask what the hold up is and for an estimated time (which they always use to be able to do before) they can’t ever give you an answer. Definitely going to switch pharmacies after this last run around.

Issues with my medication every single month. Always had to call for refills because they refused to look at their online system or phone system for refills and I was always waiting 30+ minutes on the phone for someone to pick up. Auto refills were never filled. Pickups took forever

The pharmacist there is so rude and unsympathetic. My son had a 105 fever and yes my dr messed up the dose but he absolutely refused to fill the script with the correct dose and told me to go ahead and give the dose the dr said. So i am giving an incorrectly labeled med to him and then said if i wanted remainder i need to come back on 16th and that his "system" would not allow him to reverse and fill it for right amount. I told him I would keep the bottle and just wanted the balance and i was willing to pay cash and he was likeit will be an hr and why i am being difficult and creating problems. I ended up calling one of the district managers john and he proceeded to tell me that the other district manager aaron would call me the next day. I knew why i avoided walgreens but unfortunately my regular pharmacy was closed and i had no choice for my son. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY ESPECIALLY IF YOU EXPECT THEM TO CARE ABOUT YOUR SON. APPARENTLY A 105 FEVER AND SICK BABY ISN'T EVEN TO GARNER THIS PHARMACISTS SYMPATHY.
