Why is this Walgreens still open? They don't fill prescriptions - you can beg them and literally stand there with a loved one next to you who just got out of surgery and needs their medication and they will look at you and say that they can't give you an ETA. My husband hadn't eaten since the day prior and here it was 10 pm and we just wanted our medication so we could drive 30 more minutes home. The pharmacy tech said it would be 3 hours. THREE HOURS WOULD MAKE IT MIDNIGHT. I asked if it would really be three hours and he told me no he just didn't want me coming back before it was ready. He changed my phone number in the system so I never got a text that it was ready. I called to fix it and they did not fix it - I never got a text or call. We went home without any medicine. How do you run a business this way? Why is this Walgreens pharmacy still in service? I would love for someone to review the tapes on how the staff treats their customers. It's downright disgusting and unapologetic. Get yourselves together and learn how to run a business.

Not only did the pharmacist have a piss poor punk attitude, but refused to scan the merch in our cart. The clerk at the front door also had a very bad attitude.

If you need something locked up your probably not gonna get it because employees dont come. Its open 24 hours but has been closed multiple times , they always say there hiring but i know 5 people who have applied to work 2nd/3rd shift so its not that they dont have employees they dont want them.. atleast ones that are willing to actually work. I travel further away just to go to a decent walgreens.

If I could give NO stars, I would.
I was given a new script by my medical professional, which was faxed to Walgreens on Monday to be filled ASAP (3:00 P.M.)
No response. So I waited & called the automated at 3:00 A.M. (they are open 24 hours) which said "they were working on it".
So Tuesday I waited, no response. Usually they send a text & call.
I had a doctor's appointment and I told him I was still waiting for my new meds.
When I left his clinic (:00 P.zm.)

Very rubbish service attitude, the staff maciah is rubbish, her attitude is very rude, we took passport photos here, when we took the photos, we clearly told us that we need to send the photos to our email, when we picked up the photos, she was very impatient, we told it that I need to transfer the photos to our email, she said she is not responsible, and finally she made up a lie, saying that the photos will be transferred to my email in ten minutes, we waited for a long time, and did not receive it, then she said arrogantly that she had already processed it and would not help us a second time! She is rubbish

Pharmacy has gone downhill. Takes DAYS for an Rx to be ready. Minimum of 20 min wait in drive through. Rude employees.
Ridiculous.

Very rude staff, came to pick up my boyfriend’s prescription not once but twice in the same day and it’s still not been completed. Was told 30-40 minutes each time. The first time I went the young kid working told me he would write it down so that it would be done when we got back. I waited 5 hours before going back and they told me it’s still not done. I told the girl he needs it within the hour and she gave me an attitude and said “like I said it’ll be done in 30-40 minutes”. I worked at a Walgreens pharmacy and I know damn well that when a customer comes to get a prescription and you tell them to come back you start filling it as soon as humanly possible so that it is done by the estimated time you had told the customer. Very rude and no customer service at all.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Then sat at the window another 15 just for them to tell me the prescription wasnt ready. I even called on the phone TWICE that same day TO CONFIRM.

I had to transfer a prescription here after my usual Walgreens (91st and Beloit) unexpectedly closed their pharmacy early, so I was unable to pick up the meds I had already been waiting for a day longer than initially estimated. I have now been waiting more than 2 1/2 hours for a prescription I was assured would be ready in less than an hour — and it still isn’t ready. I understand a store might be slammed, but they need to be honest and accurate with their estimated wait times. The drive-through pharmacy staff was also incredibly rude when we arrived shortly after the initial projected pick up time, and insisted they had only received the prescription 20 minutes ago (it was approximately 80 minutes, at that point).
