Pharmacy is incredibly rude! Trying to fill my son's seizure meds, had to have a PA, got one the Pharmisist Bobby. Said it was good. And would call me back. No phone call. I called 4 hours later. Got a new guy who said it was never put in. I told him what is going on? Told him I will no longer come here. He said awesome I have other customers and hung up on me. I called back again got a girl she said well the pharmacist transfered your meds to a different Pharmacy. Freodrerot. I called them they said they can't transfer a controlled substance. So now we have no meds and freoderort is confused because they didn't get anything.

I usually don't go here, but the weather was bad and it was late, so I had the doctor send it here since it's closer. Never again! When I got there I was told it would be an hour and they would contact me when it was ready. They didn't contact me, but it was done in an hour when I came back. The prescription was supposed to be for 10 days, but I ran out after seven days. When I called, they said there was nothing they could do and I would have to have the doctor send in another prescription. Well, I had the doctor send in another prescription, but to Skywalk Pharmacy (my regular pharmacy). Goodbye chain pharmacies. I am sticking to small pharmacies from now on!

I’ve been a customer of Walgreens for the last 8 years straight and have been picking up the same prescriptions for the last 8 years. For the last 9 monthly visits or more the pharmacy is either doesn’t have enough to fill a single prescription of subzolv or they are out of stock. This last visit I had to drive a total of 5 times to fill 3 prescription due to pharmacy not being able to fill prescriptions until the following day, drove back the following day to find out they only had 1 out of the 3 prescriptions ready but there was an insurance issue, drove back the following day to resolve the insurance issue, got the 1 medication that was ready and was told on the same day that they are out of stock of subzolv and would have to wait 6 days which when I originally dropped off my scripts I wasn’t even told this by the employee and any person prescribed to subzolv can get severely sick if not taken for 1 day, drove back again when they received more to find out they were only giving me 15 out of the 65 needed after waiting 6 days, drove back again for the 5th time to finally get my prescriptions filled. There is no reason for this pharmacy not being able to fill a single prescription every single month for 9 or more months and shouldn’t have to drive 5 times to this pharmacy to fill 3 prescriptions and any customer taking a medication where they can go through withdrawal and get sick if not taken a single day should be fully aware that this pharmacy is out of stock and should be aware they are out of stock and will have to wait 6 days .

I bought a $200 gift card for a dear friend and it turned out it did not work from Walgreens on s76th St in Greenfield wi. They said there was nothing they could do about it. They took my money and now they won't give it back. This is very close to a scam. Folks beware of their criminal ways.

On Saturday I went to this Walgreens Rick the pharmacist was great quick and fast 3mins on a prescription when on 27th and Ohio were terrible never go there again awful plc love this 24hr Walgreens love love love

No sense of urgency or timeliness. Lack of caring or compassion - and this is a pharmacy?! I can't count how many times I've been disgusted with their services over the years. Just incompetent. Their 24 hours, but why?! They don't get you your prescriptions timely - and they do NOT care. Go elsewhere if you can. 24 hour service means nothing to them. Zero stars.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. They faxed a refill request to the wrong place multiple times! Talked to 5 people who would not help. The medicine is critical for my cats health. The last person told me they couldn't do anything for 72 hours as they had to wait for a response from the wrong Veterinary hospital. I told her they would not receive one as they are not my vet. NOBODY that I spoke with seemed to care! They don't care that if I completely run out my cat could die. TERRIBLE SERVICE NO COMPASSION!!

Walgreens is completely worthless. I've have so many bad experiences with 91st street and beloit rd and coldspring regarding not be able to get my prescriptions due to there system being down or for 91st they changed their hours. As a corporation, you should have great patient care, but you don't. You are the worst. Now I'm in pain and can't get my prescription because per your pharmacist the system is down. Shame on you for not being able to provide patient care.

It is literally terrifying that these people are legally able to sell medications. It has been several days they haven't filled the prescription for medication that I need. They haven't bothered to contact the doctor again to see where the verification is? Their phone system first hung up on me and then transferred me to a call center before I actually got to speak to the pharmacy!

Pharmacy staff are very rude and don't do their job! Meds aren't filled when they are supposed to be and if you need a pre-authorization they won't contact you or the doctor. They want you to go in apparently to find out and make their customers angry! I will be switching to a better location!
