“Called to set up a tow ahead of time. They were very polite on the phone. They gave me a very reasonable quote (I called a total of 8 places). They showed up on time to tow my vehicle. The driver was so nice (Alan) and offered to try to jump the vehicle first. He did that and got the vehicle running. He waited to make sure the vehicle continued to run before leaving. A very good experience. I will be using them again.”

“Our dealership worked with Accurate Transmission Specialists to replace our 2012 Camry’s transmission under warranty. There were some complications and the first replacement ended up having problems too. But, they went above and beyond and really put in there due diligence. After multiple times testing out the car car they honored the 6 month warranty and replaced it again free of charge. It’s been months now and the car works great! Sometimes stuff just happens but it’s what you do to amend the issue that matters. I am highly satisfied and thankful for the outcome. We would do business with them again. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful.”

They have auto service, fuel oil delivery, LP tank filling station, and a regular gas station operation. The store has the usual offerings of snacks and beverages. “I'm SO happy with Greenfield Auto Body Carstar. They were one of a few preferred service shops that State Farm wanted me to use. I just chose this one because it was close to me. But, I'm so glad I did!!
Mariusz and Mary were so friendly and fantastic. Mariusz took his time to explain everything I needed to know. They even have a screen for me to watch/follow along as they put together the estimate and explained everything.
Very patient and kind individuals.
It took a bit to get my car in the shop (about a week), but the wait was worth it. ? They're clearly busy for a reason.
The repair took about a week and a half - again, worth the wait. And I know some of that is waiting for parts to come in.
Not sure if its their own policy or a perk through my insurance, but they have a lifetime warranty on all of the work that they did to my car.
They also detailed my car before giving it back to me - above and beyond. It feels brand new and the car looks amazing.
