Karen is one of the nicest and sweetest ladies could be . Kind of a small shop but she has everything you could possibly need for wine making. We recently took a class with her and she answered all of our questions. She is very knowledgeable.

Customer service is awesome prices are great. I’m just starting to brew mead and the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped out with picking stuff I needed that will help out with beginners. She made us feel welcome in her place.

This is an excellent spot for beer and winemaking supplies. I have been doing business with them since 1985. They are always helpful and the new location gives them more ways to assist.

Best family owned brewing supply place I have been too. Been going to them for 10 years and by far the best over the big box store. Friendly helpful always there to help you step by step with your brewing needs. I love how they are handing covid and doing shipping or you can pay and pick up curbside. Support local small business

4th time, can't call because mailbox is always full. Drive out from 18 miles away and nobody there, just a note on door saying to call. Nobody answers and mailbox is full! Don't bother with this store. Waist of time anb gas.
