I really like Sports Clips and frequent their stores throughout the area but this is by far the worst location in the city. Will not be back.

Brand new store. Been inside twice. Both times only 1 person cutting. Hour and half wait. If you can't staff it, why even put one in Greenfield?

I believe her name was Ashley, but she gave a great cut on my curly haired boyfriend. He usually comes home with a faux hawk/mullet look, but he just wants a good clean-up with scissors which is exactly what she did. Amazingly.

If you want to go to a grumpy place, this is it. Shilo A who her tag said she is the manager, didn't say ONE WORD to me while she was cutting my hair. Now I don't expect to have a running conversation, but saying nothing during the haircut is a first for me. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but usually there is some type of back and forth talking but not her. Crabby as she was I still left her a tip. Not a small one or a big one but that's the last she or anyone else at that place is going to get from me. Again, you want crabby this is the place to go.
