Outstanding! From beginning to end! Leigh Ann spent many hours with us to make our move successful! From designing layout of furniture placement in a downsized space, packing, moving and unpacking. She gave us great resources to donate and repurpose our unwanted furniture and many years of accumulated memories! Smart Moves made the move enjoyable!

I've been told that it typically takes "an event" for a loved one to want to move to an independent living facility from the home they've loved. That was the case with my mom who LOVED the beautiful view from her condo all four seasons! When we most needed help, Smart Moves was there for us. Smart Moves was aces in my move. Leigh Anne came up with a room by room layout, but from there on Kari took charge. She was confident, efficient, and knowledgeable on everything about a move from packing, to unpacking and setting up the new apt., putting things in logical locations. Later she led Callen in hanging my many pictures, again just quickly sizing up the task and diving in, getting 20+ pictures hung in under 2 hours. This is a great organization with pleasant, competent individuals that saved me unknown stress.

Using Smart Moves was an enjoyable experience. They did what they said they would do, which was moving my Mother. They arrived on time. The were friendly and professional. They took care of all of mom's belongings. All her items were carefully packed and all furniture was moved without any damage. They are a great "team" to work with and I highly recommend using them.

Smart Moves just moved my mother from Assisted Living to Memory Care at The Waters facility in Oak Creek. My experience from start to finish was phenomenal! Leigh Ann Spears graciously guided me through this process, and made a very daunting task seamless. Her packing crew, Jill and Ari, were efficient and very caring..even hanging my Mom’s pictures on her wall in her new unit. Leigh Ann was also able to recommend a company that came in and bought and removed furniture that was no longer needed in my Mom’s new unit. I highly recommend Smart Moves. You will be well looked after.

Smart Moves is really the only choice if you are looking for a pleasant moving experience. Let's be honest, moving is not always the most fun activity, but Smart Moves does everything from start to finish to make moving enjoyable. Their attention to detail and personalized service is the bar the everyone else has to live up to. Also they can help with downsizing and other complications that may arise with moving as a senior.
