Kiersten was super helpful in Sephora. I had a general idea of what I wanted, and she led the way. I have super sensitive skin and wanted to renew my makeup look for a new job, and she took me all the way!

There were three girls working at this Sephora not one looked at me much less asked if they could help me as I was very clearly searching for the color I had finally decided on which I never found. I smiled at one girl and she turned away I had no one to ask questions to. I came to my senses and Walked down to Ulta was taken care of with three correct colors and some advise from Rachel which I much appreciated all within 10 minutes. I have always been happy at Ulta and truly appreciate the desire and sincere interest in helping me.

I had the nicest sales associate named Nie help Me. I love everything she recommended. She's definitely going to be my go to beauty consultant. First class all the way.

Terrible...i had a gift card...they wouldn't use it saying i had to have a kohl's Sephora gift card...no thanks poor interaction!! Not impresssed...staff unhelpful....poor decision to add this to Kohl's...but good luck anyway!
