Clean, bright and well organized. You can find some good deals on ammo online. If you are a member many of the selections will ship to store free of charge.Staff is friendly and helpful.Range is clean and well lit. I have a "basic" membership which is a great deal if you shoot more than once a month. With my membership I can shoot as often as I like during the week.Recommended!

I bet most people who go here have great experiences and I won’t take from that but y’all just pissed me off. I called on the phone to check on general rules of the establishment and pricing and LANE AVAILABILITY. He told me to come by! And what happens when I get there? And mind you we had a group. We get rejected talking about some “ oh we’re having a class y’all can’t shoot tonight..” THEN WHY DID YOU TELL US TO COME!!! Air headed customer service on the phone this afternoon. Wasting my damn time. Some staff member in their emits an aroma of spoiled parmesan and like this raunchy sour kraut and the same time? Sheesh..What type of disgusting garbage smell like that exudes from a human’s folds and pheromones. That’s gotta be against dress code smelling like what ever the jesus that is..

I have been a member at the Range USA Greenfield location for awhile. Great facility, friendly and helpful staff, really enjoy going there. However, I went there today in the afternoon (Friday May 31) and there is a notice on the door that the Range is closed until further notice. No notice on the website before I left and even now when I returned home. What is going on, folks??? Why is there no notification to your customers, or estimated date when you will reopen? Can we get some information please???

My son was home between transfers and treated me and my significant other to an hour on the range. The staff was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. There were a large assortment of arms to choose from for rental and after choosing the first you could exchange to try others. You can also bring in your personal arms but all ammo must be purchased there. The website clearly states their policies and pricing. I highly recommend reading it. An hour went by fast, but I really felt it in my arms. Safe practices were followed and monitored. At no point did I feel unsafe. We look forward to going back again as we broaden our knowledge of fire arms.

I went to Range USA in Greenfield, WI for my first shooting experience with my family. I had the BEST Mother's Day, I had so much fun! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, they listened to me. Nicholas helped me try out several items and I have a list for next time I come back, he is amazing! He was also supervising the lanes and was able to offer a ton of useful feedback! Cope is the other gentleman at the counter who helped me- I needed ALOT of help!- he was so friendly and had me at ease with his humor, Cope is a really cool guy. Jennifer at the rental counter took such good care of me with her patience & recommendations. This is a great store, super clean, so well light & stocked. The staff is awesome! Everyone is friendly, knows their stuff & is approachable. I highly recommend Range USA!

CCL Instructor was professional, well informed and experienced. The course work was in-depth and the instructor lead us to have a well rounded perspective on CCL and provided much needed direction on handling and firing weapons accurately.

I just bought an Elite membership and went there for the first time last night to shoot with my son. Very nice friendly staff. The RSO was really good, explaining range rules and how infractions would be dealt with. Really on the ball. Wish I remembered his name. Good man. Very personable. In any case the range was very clean, targets easy to mount. Had a great time. Looking forward to practicing more.

I went to Range USA in Greenfield to break my new shotgun in. It was my first shotgun, so I was excited but nervous. The range master Tristin was extremely helpful. Not only did he help me zero in my scope, but helped me with my stance. When I switched to my AR, he helped me with that as well. I appreciate all the help he gave and it made my experience so much better.

The staff needs a customer service course..They’re unorganized & not very friendly.I’ve made an online order and was waiting for it to ship when a week later I got a phone call that my order was ready, so I make the drive there just to be told that my order in fact was NOT ready for pick up, the guy who called me over the phone and the owner refused to talk to me rather they had a different employee go “my bad come back next week”… okay sure,I come back again when I get another notification that it’s ready, this time it is ready in fact but I receive another call a day later requesting that I come back in due to an issue with paperwork (this was not an error on my end as I have made multiple purchases here before and other places with no issues).Anyway.. I wasn’t offered nothing for 2 trips that was forced to make there for no fault of my own, when I mentioned this to them, the employee was kinda hostile & didn’t say a word to me then.Bottom line, they have an okay selection online but customer service is lacking…

It had been a few years since my wife and I had done any shooting. We wanted to get back to being very comfortable and confident using our 9mm again. After our class with Cynthia Datka, we both agreed it was the best training we've had. Cynthia was very thorough, detailed & explained things to us that helped us get our comfort level back quickly. Thank you, we will be back!

The staff was very helpful and super Nice. Kat is very knowledgeable and professional, when the time came for her to switch to another position, She signaled for her manager Joe, And of course , Joe was very Professional,Attentive And Awesome. I’m a disabled woman , And I felt welcomed here at this store.Thank You ????
